Confusion about stock availability
Confusion about whether you had the cable in stock. Received an email saying it wasn't, web site said you had nearly 500! Rang to query and after being put on hold stock was found!

Rude and abusive
Parked in a bay quickly whilst using a company next door then planning to purchase some cable for a project. Manager was rude and abusive.arguing with staff in public. He then took to blocking other cars in on purpose.Took my business elsewhere. Really unprofessional. Reported to head office.

Very helpful staff - good prices on cable by the metre
I needed some cable to repair a machine, and didn't want to buy a full reel of each size - YESSS were able to supply all the different types of CY and SY cable that I needed in the lengths that I needed, so there was no waste. Staff in the Aberdeen store were very helpful, and kept me updated as things arrived from my order.
