Nick carried out a level 3 survey for us in a property we are hoping to buy. The report was extremely details and helped us with our decision to go ahead with the purchase, subject to some repairs being completed that Nick had pointed out required attention. He followed up with a phone call to explain some of the details in the report that we were unsure about. We would certainly recommend Nick as his experience and education in this sector are superb.
