They can't provide you with a e-sim in a digital form. So you call they CC. Where they tell you, You have to go to the store, so they give you a QR code printed on a card, lol.
But the store happens not to have it on stock 😁The QR. Printed on a piece of paper. In 2026...
I ask them, which store has it so don't go sightseeing that day.. That they don't know.
So you go to another store. Where the employee is not too helpful on you case.. You ask why, he explains he does not get paid for this. "I only get commission if you want to buy a new subscription."
So you then leave the store without further questions and avoid this company for good...and never turn back.
BTW, most of their other attributes are terrible when it come to client satisfaction. It was allright while Telenor, but since the new owner, this company is going down. I hope, at least.
