But we can reassure you:
All of our ingredients have been evaluated by the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) and approved for use in food. As a company, we’re therefore subject to strict regulations and, of course, legal requirements, which we adhere to.
Now here’s the catch: It’s possible that the complex composition of our products has an unfamiliar effect on your body. The dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals they contain stimulate digestion, and every body reacts differently to this—especially the first time you try it.
That’s why we recommend starting with small portions and consuming them slowly. The body usually gets used to it very quickly.
We still take your concerns seriously and would like to investigate the product. Could you please send us photos of the product showing the variety as well as the production details (best-by date, batch number, and drink production time/powder LOT number)?
If you’re unsure or continue to experience symptoms, it’s best to consult your doctor. As a general rule, we do not provide medical recommendations.

I have a subscription for monthly delivery
Unfortunately yfood uses Evri as a courier
The last 2 subscriptions have not been received
I contacted customer service and they said they can't change the courier
I have now gone to another supplier
So yfood have missed out on £37 a month

Unfortunately, we currently only use Evri and for our heavy parcels Fedex takes over the delivery process.

Delivered on time and packaged well. I really like the Fallout-themed bottles—they're a nice touch.
My biggest concern before trying it was that it would taste powdery, but I'm pleased to say it doesn't at all. The flavour is enjoyable, and the price is comparable to other products on the market.
The only suggestion I would make is to consider using aluminium bottles instead of plastic. Aluminium is generally easier to recycle and can be recycled indefinitely, making it a more environmentally friendly packaging choice.
Overall, a great product with fast delivery, good taste, and good value for money for a fast lunch.
