I ordered 2 watches, but I accidentally entered the wrong shipping information. I contacted support, and they were very helpful, responding in less than 2 days

Here is my Full Review: First of all I received my watch so its not a Scam and the watch is acutally stainles steel so the Quality is also very good.

I ordered in November and they told me After ordering that they changed the Quality from Aluminium to stainless steel because the First prototype was too bad. It took a bit longer especially for the ones that ordered before me, but now I have my watch with even better Quality and no extra costs. Also my Brother purchase a watch and it arrived within 1 week. It seems like this issue is fixed now. This is very typically for small brands in the beginning. They don’t really have the Experience with lead times production times and more. Im also a Business owner so i totally understand that and wish them good luck. Also one thing that they could improve is the email reply time. All my emails got answered but sometimes it took 2-3 days. Other then that they just had a rough start but now this works pretty good and the Watches are actually insane. God bless you🙏

First of all, i FINALLY got my watch.
After my order was noted in September 2025, it took a LONG time before we got told that there were going to be changes and BIG delays..

Delay, after delay and almost no communication between the customer and YHW Timepieces.
In the end i got my product and i am happy about the design and overall look of the watch itself.

The reason i am giving it 2 stars is because of the lack of communication, which made me believe it was a scam for such a long time. Seeing online i was not the only person to think this, again because there was such lack of communication.

In the end i am happy that i received my product, but very dissapointed of the overall proces.

This kind of things can happen, as long you keep your customer(s) up to date!

People have no communication skills with customers whatsoever,they take long,they don't get back to with any feedback, updates,or any info,order 2 watches from them it costed me 200 dollars,
Order on the 31 St October 2025 and it's 22 Nd of January 2026 today,emailed them more then several times,I direct message them on their Instagram account,still nothing and I sent messages to their support team on their website,they are pathetic scammers request they send me a refund otherwise I would open up a lawsuit against them for being international scammers that use a religion to cause fraud,unacceptable they are unreliable and non trustworthy if you read this and bought something from them good luck cause you ain't gonna get back shit from them,they are a pathetic organization with terrible customer support and terrible communication

I ordered two watches on December 15, 2025, and still nothing. The Omgo Express tracking shows my order as being in transit, but I've already sent emails to YHWH and they haven't responded, nor have they told me where in the world my order is.

Ordered on the 6th November still not arrived.

I did a return beacous i never got the Watch. The return was ”completed” 23 of december no money has hit my account yet. They Said it would take Max 10 days.

The planning was to receive the watches before Christmas. I have contacted them several times but just recently got a reply. The watches are on the way now.

At least it’s a real firm and trustworthy. They really should work on their communication.
