Started the process in january 2019. It is now December. Nothing but excuses and delays. All I know is i have wasted a year of my life. I wish i never contacted them and would never do so again.

Having had dealings with this company for nearly 4 years I can only say that the service has been of the highest standard, Chris has always answered my questions promptly and he has gone beyond the call of duty to sort out issues that were outside his remit.

I can’t recommend Chris an his team enough. This is my second purchase which has again been smooth apart from some confusion on the unit number with solicitors. My first apartment completed last year and I wanted to wait for my rental income to be produced to give me confidence before purchasing my second which I’m pleased to say has also been consistent without any issues or delay. We had a delay during the purchase due to purchaser of our previous student property being out of the country for his work.
We were able to extend the transfer to accommodate this delay.
Completion occurred today.
