I have been part of Yieldschool since September last year and the courses are so well done and explained for anyone to follow through with ease.
I am new to crypto and I decided to join Yieldschool because I was not knowledgeable about anything related to cryptocurrency. I am a stay home mom and I was curious to know and learn about it as another option of investment.
At Yieldschool, we have a personal associate who assists and supports our learning process during the program and helps as well with strategies to invest wisely.
They also help with a lot of resources and they are available to answer any questions with their 24/7 support team. Highly recommended to join Yieldschool!

David and his team are a wealth of knowledge in the Crypto arena. Getting educated with solid advice on a balanced portfolio are the goals. Just as any other investment, a long term strategy is required with discipline, understanding and changing in the market.

The best thing about Yield School has been my coach and teacher, David Doss. Overall, Yield School, and David in particular, has helped me understand a previously unknown subject and made me feel comfortable navigating the compications of the varied ways to invest in crypto. Yieldschool is a great place to learn all the ins and outs of Crypto. If your committed and show up you will learn all of the terminology and complicated inner workings of the Defi markets. You will be able to have conversations and ask insightful questions about the global markets even beyond crypto by taking these courses and being in this community. You will be a better investor if you work with Yieldschool.

The live sessions are very helpful and I often watch the recordings when I can't make it live. I try to show up for or watch the recordings of 2-3 calls a week and that has been a good pace for me to stay informed and keep learning. That being said, you can do way more than that and the educational assets library is only growing over time so there is a ton you can learn pretty quickly if you commit the time and energy to it. You may feel overwhelmed at first but you just have to steep yourself in the language of crypto/ defi for long enough to become conversant. Once you start to understand the language the ideas are digestible. There is some more complicated math for the more intricate yield plays you'll need to wrap your head around if you really want to grock those. There are a lot of platforms, apps, wallets, spreadsheets and protocols to learn about but there is a good system in place to support you through that, it just takes time and consistency. If your not very tech savvy or don't enjoy being at your computer it will be harder for you. I'm not the most tech savvy guy myself and all of these new apps and protocols can be overwhelming but looking at the progress I've made in navigating defi and understanding the language of finance and investment and knowing that knowledge is with me for the rest of my life and I can teach it to my kids I do not regret my investment in Yieldschool.

Here's my story which I share transparently to help others avoid my mistakes:

I had just started investing 6 months before finding Yieldschool. I was actually doing quite well in traditional markets but wanted to make sure I could understand crypto before moving into the defi markets. Investing in yieldschool was a tough decisions for me because the cost represented a significant portion of my investment capital. My plan was to pay for it with the returns I would make on my investments however I made a critical mistake. Before I had really learned all the ins and outs of crypto, I moved most of my investment money over to it because the narrative of the 4 year cycle about to make a positive move in the crypto markets was strong. Immediately my conviction was tested by the 10/10/25 "Flash Crash". The 4 year cycle did not play out as it was "supposed to" and I had to bring more capital to pay for Yieldschool or sell my investments at a loss to do so. I chose to bring more capital, though it was a stretch for me at that time. Yieldschool granted me a slightly longer payment schedule to assist in this shift. Additionally, Yieldschool offered me a new associate and a 1 month extension with them as the one I had been assigned was not up to their standards and had to be let go. I have been very happy to work with Javier and he has been a great teacher, advisor and investment therapist =) He's been patient, clear, thorough, reliable, communicative and kind. If I had a bigger portfolio, I would extend my time with him.

I had to change my strategy. I had to stop looking for quick returns on price movement of the assets and start looking for long term holds that could provide yield. I had to learn to play the long game. I am still learning how to "win" and continue accumulating quality assets even as the markets are down or trading sideways so that when they eventually turn around, I will be in a good position to 2-5X my portfolio during the next bull market. I would not have been able to do this without the support of Yieldschool as it is very overwhelming and lots of misinformation abounds on defi. I would have gotten out at a major loss if I did not have them to help me hold steady and take the long view. While things have not gone to my plan, I have confidence that in the fullness of time, I will make back what I've invested in Yieldschool many times over, despite my relatively small starting portfolio size. Investing is a long game and the sooner you start, the more time you have to compound your investments and the more opportunity you will have to be in the right place at the right time and know how to take best advantage of that opportunity. Just don't rush in on a fomo buy, no matter how exciting the narrative is. Listen to your advisor and slowly dollar cost average in over 6-12 months. Don't be one of the casual retail investors that investment institutions, whales and the markets chew up and spit out.

I am giving 4 stars because the Yieldschool sales rep promoted the 4 year cycle narrative that I ran with like a noob =)

YSL is a full service program! I joined at the end of summer and attended my first company call today. Working with Javier Visedo, has been a game changer for my investment portfolio. He has helped me buildout my strategy and implement that into the market correctly, while also setting up liquidity pools that I'm now generating fees to help build money even when markets are down. Yield School and New Market Trading are radically different from my previous investment experience. As an immigrant from the paleo investment economy (self-directed IRAs and a Schwab guy for the last 27 years), I'm now on the path to capture yield in a section of the market that was previously inaccessible and appeared to be alien and hostile. Yield School and in particular Alkis have illuminated legitimate opportunities within an otherwise murky assemblage of schemes and scams. The weekly meetings with Alkis help focus on opportunities, and he even serves as a computer whisperer of sorts and is helping me navigate the exchanges and technology. In my case I'm diversifying, bullish, and off to a great start. Yield School or New Market Trading isn't for everyone and Alkis is helping me diversify in a field where I couldn't go (I'm still working the paleo stuff in my IRAs and at Schwab).
