I ordered a Trug from you but 7 days…

I ordered a Trug from you but 7 days later it hadn’t arrived, so I called Yimbly and the lady who answered was very nice and it arrived two days later . It was nt what I thought it was so decided to send it back . I went on the yimbly app and went through the process and asked for the item to be collected but it wasn’t picked up so I had to query this too so 1 week later it was eventually picked up and sent back so I am now waiting for a refund . Hopefully it will be credited soon. Humbly then contacted me and asked for my order no , I replied and the same day it was credited to me . This company is very good at listening to you and act on the situation vey quickly I would buy from them again and would recommend then highly .

Blade air fan

Ordered blade air fan advertised in newspaper that Yimbly were selling at a great price compared to other blade fan manufacturers.The whole experience from ordering to delivery of fan went fine and I am quite impressed with my purchase and would recommend Yimbly as good seller of quality items.
