The British spousal visa immigration route is a minefield and we couldn’t have done it without Steph at Your Immigration Solutions. She explained the process, sorted through the mounds of paperwork I provided, navigated a complex money trail and simplified it all in a way the Home Office could understand. Being technically challenged (!) In 2024, I was contacted by representatives from YOUR Immigration (previously AVM Global Visa Services). They claimed they could arrange my student visa for abroad studies with a 100% success rate. They convinced me to pay ₹3,00,000 in advance for the complete process.

After I transferred the money:

They did not file my visa application

They stopped answering my calls and WhatsApp messages

They ignored all my follow-ups

They refused to refund my money

This is pure fraud, and I want my story to be a warning for others.

False Promises: They give fake guarantees about visa approvals.

Advance Payment Trap: They take large amounts before doing any work.

No Transparency: No proper receipts or legal contracts.
