Just fill in surveys when you want to, no pressure, and get paid by bank transfer for doing it.
I’ve been on the panel for a few years now and I really rate it

Great survey’s

I have read a lot of negative reviews about y live. I can honestly say that I only have good opinions. You get paid for every survey you fill out. Sometimes if I have a slip of my finger I am rightfully locked out of that particular survey. But that is my own fault. All in all I would highly recommend Y live

Good

I’ve been doing surveys for this company for years, main complaint is not enough surveys but I accept that at 75 I don’t fit the required demographic often. One of the best payers however among the companies I do surveys for

Long‑Term Member Suspended Conveniently Near Payout Threshold

I’ve been a member of Y Live since the PopulusLive days and have always completed surveys properly and honestly. I’ve never had a single issue in all those years.

Two weeks ago I completed a survey, received the £5 credit, and then suddenly found myself unable to log in to my account. The login page kept saying my details were incorrect, even though they weren’t. I also tried multiple password resets, but no emails ever arrived.

I contacted Y Live Support straight away and waited almost two weeks with no response. When they finally replied, I received a generic “quality control” suspension email claiming I had provided inappropriate or low‑detail answers. This is simply not true — I answered every question properly, as I always have, and the survey was accepted and credited without any issue.

What makes this even more frustrating is the timing. This happened just as I was getting close to the payout threshold, which makes the suspension feel very poorly timed and raises questions about how these decisions are made.

The suspension email didn’t reference any specific survey, question, or example of what I supposedly did wrong. It feels like a template response rather than a genuine review of my account. After years of being a reliable member, it’s disappointing to be suspended without clear evidence or explanation.

Overall, the lack of communication and the vague suspension reason have really damaged my trust in the platform.

Good Money-Earner

I’ve had a really positive experience with Y Live surveys. The surveys are straightforward and don’t take too long to complete, making it easy to fit them into my day. I like that the topics are often interesting and relevant, and the rewards feel fair for the time spent.

The platform is simple to use, and I’ve found it to be reliable when it comes to tracking progress and receiving incentives. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone looking to earn a little extra in their spare time.

First survey offer for over six weeks.

First survey offer for over six weeks.

As usual, after 5 minutes of wasted time, excluded from the survey.

Now three months since this useless company sent a relevant survey that actually paid a reward.

Supposed entry into a monthly draw, that does not exist.

I find this is one of the better sites and you get paid out faster than most sites as they pay better for your time.the same as other sites in that you have to go through the same questions a lot but most surveys are relevant to you and you don’t get turned down as much as some

No longer eligible after first payout

I finally received my £50 which took just under 3 months to build up, no problem.

But ever since I reached the payment threshold (and was able to do two more surveys), I no longer am eligible to complete any surveys with the company.

I am very appalled because I enjoy taking surveys for this company but ever since I've been paid only once, they don't want me anymore.

It feels like they only want you until you get your first payment, and then block you afterwards.

I feel very disrespected and have been forced to join other survey companies because Y Live just don't want me anymore.

Hi
Our records show that you completed and received a reward for a survey earlier this week.

We send more invites than the actual number of respondents we need. This is because some people tend to answer quicker, others do it slower and some do not respond at all. If we have a certain window to get the results, we tailor the number of invites to the expected response in a given time period.

On some occasions you could receive this message if there is heavy traffic on the website, i.e. members with similar demographic profile are trying to log in at the same time. In such circumstances we recommend that you attempt to log back in 30-40 minutes later to see if the survey is still open for your demographic profile.

Kind regards

Great experience

I have been a member of y live community for some time, I love the fact that I don’t have to claim my reward, it is paid straight into my bank account as soon as I have completed the requisite number of surveys.

I've had a couple of £50 rewards..

I've had a couple of £50 rewards... the only frustrating thing is occasionally you enter in details and then you're told you're ineligible for a survey.. so it's a waste of a few minutes. However to get 50.00 after doing a number of surveys is great.. takes a while but 50 is 50 for something that's not really hard work!
