My recent order for Personalised Face Wrapping Paper was disappointing because the quality and finish did not match the product description.

1. Issue with Finish: The website clearly promises a "Satin gloss finish" on the wrapping paper. However, the paper I received (the blue and white/Santa hat designs) appears to have a standard, duller gloss or a matte finish. It lacks the premium satin feel that was advertised.

2. Inconsistent Quality: I have ordered this product previously (the pink design, around two years ago), and that older order did have the high-quality satin finish, which makes the difference in my current order very noticeable and suggests an inconsistent product quality.

3. Constructive Feedback: Yo Crackers needs to ensure that the product delivered accurately matches the finish stated in the product information. If the paper is no longer a "Satin gloss finish," the product description should be updated to reflect this to avoid misleading customers.

I have contacted the company directly via email to request a resolution (receiving the paper with the correct advertised finish). This company offers a great, unique product idea, but the execution and quality control regarding the finish must be improved.

It’s March 2025 and have NOT received my order placed and paid for early December 2024. I have sent countless emails and have been ignored by this company. I have contacted my bank to resolve this and by my shock and surprise; Yocrackers are attempting to contest this despite ignoring me and having not sent my purchase to me. It was for a friends birthday that has been and gone! This company are very fraudulent avoid, do not purchase from them!!!!!

DO NOT use this website. I ordered a Christmas gift for a friend in December, the next day, a message on the website reads “we are taking a break from shipping and deliveries will resume in 2025”. I contacted the company to ask if my order would be honoured given that I had placed it the day before this message. Suffice to say I never received my order and I have since sent 5 emails and have never received a reply. The owner of this site should be ashamed of themselves for their behaviour, stealing customers’ money and not returning emails. Utter joke.

Definite scam!!! Do not use this company! Ordered a birthday card for my son’s special birthday and didn’t arrive. Complaints and emails went unanswered! Still no card 6 weeks after ordering and birthday now passed.

3 weeks after ordering on website still no delivery. No reply to any e-mails or webchat, telephone number and address is for a The Works store who claim to have no knowledge of this company. Possible scam? Has the company closed? Or just really bad service? I have no idea. I’m currently trying to get my money back through my bank.

Ordered a Mother's Day card with a personalised message. The message was clearly for someone else with the wrong message and name. However this has now been resolved with an apology and refund.

Always get my cards and wrapping paper from here. Ordered some cards, personalised mugs and wrapping paper for Christmas. My friends and family loved them! Their items are very unique, I recommend to order from here if you are looking for something different and don’t want the typical card and wrapping paper. Good customer service and very reliable.

Ordered customised wrapping paper for my son’s 1st birthday. It went down a treat! Everyone couldn’t stop talking about it. The quality is amazing and arrived very quickly. Will definitely be ordering again!

I would never use again and neither should you. Rip off company who take your money 🫰 and run. Not worth the £7.00 to dispute with my credit card company and they rely on this.

Do not use this company under any circumstance. Arrogant and cocky even when they eventually get back to you! Charged me twice for same order but they couldn’t care less! Bad news!

The communication regarding my order from this company has been absolutely abhorrent. It has been 3 days past the 2-5 shipping days written on the website for the orders and have yet to receive any update regarding my order.

Great customer service and fast delivery. Great quality and i can't wait to use my two new wrapping papers. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Excellent company. Ordered a Lady Whistledown sweater from them and it was such good quality (has washed well too!), and a perfect fit. Wonderful dispatch time (ordered on a Thursday and it had arrived by the Saturday!). Can’t speak highly enough of the customer service, a very friendly and helpful team. Would definitely recommend if you’re after something a bit quirky

I ordered a few things in early December hoping for delivery before Christmas. One of the items arrived but the other did not. I have never received it. I have now e-mailed on 4 separate occasions asking for a refund and have never received a response. Shocking customer service. Effectively have stolen my money, never provided the product that was ordered and have refused to respond to my e-mails asking for an update on delivery or a refund given the time that has now passed. I have never written a bad review for anywhere but think it is only fair to warn others that if they pay for a product they may never see it or their money again.

Such an excellent brand! I was ordering a Valentine’s Day card and I got some guidance from the Yo crackers team on the image. They were super helpful kind and fast.
