Easy to use. Easy to deal with customer service

Since we have been using Yodeck, we have been able to increase communication with our staff on the manufacturing floor by posting announcements on TV screens throughout the plant. Because these employees don't sit at a computer or receive Company e-mails Yodeck has allowed us to reach those employees with notices, updates and announcements without the unprofessional look of posters hung with tacks or tape. It also allows us to share Company updates and videos with our entire employee population, which has been well received.

I enjoyed the great customer service. They make it a priority to put the customer first. I've never called/emailed that an answer was not provided quickly and to satisfy the need. The ease of the product, programming, is step by step so any skill level could do it.

Yodeck is great for consolidating our messaging throughout our location, both customer facing and associate based. We have custom overlays set to show over prerecorded video, display graphics and live TV. We've recently expanded Yodeck to a second location of ours!

Great customer service, great product!

Yodeck is very user friendly. Once set up the platform is easy for many different individuals to use and make updates to.

Yodeck is a great tool for managing multiple screens across multiple locations. Especially when hard-wired to power and ethernet, the devices are stable and the web interface is easy to use. We have over a dozen screens in 3 company locations and they serve us far better than the virtual Windows machines we used to run on the screens.

I only have two complaints:
1) when on wireless, the devices are a lot more finnicky than when hard wired (we use the Raspberry Pi devices) and when a device shows offline, you have basically no alternative but to go reset it physically. That's a pain when devices are hidden on the backs of wall-mount TVs or in drop ceilings.
2) Apps just randomly stop working periodically. Every time that happens, the tech support group tells you to delete the app and install it again. That's a simple solution, but if you've done a bunch of configuration, it makes it aggravating.

I have had no complaints so far, Yodeck works flawlessly with our tv and fire stick, I am able to update the info easily and everyone loves it so far. I love how user friendly it is to use and all the features it has at a very reasonable price.

The platform itself is a great concept that has made sharing important information and updates with employees much easier. Employees feel informed and more connected. While there is room for improvement and clarity for certain features, the support team is very helpful and responsive so that is a huge plus! Very happy with Yodeck overall.

Yodeck just works and has made our cost to deploy digital signage negligible. We’ve used Yodeck for various applications — public and internal signage, video streaming, individual HUDs. As a multisite church, we have enjoyed the flexible and budget friendly solution.

Yodeck has made life so much easier! We use yodeck to program tv screens in our church gathering space. We're able to show parishioners important upcoming events in a video/slideshow format that is high quality. Programming capabilities are a breeze and we're able to make edits and changes off site if needed. Very happy with this product!

Yodeck is one of the easiest, fastest and most feature packed Digital Signage solution out there. And you'd think that this would mean higher price, but Yodeck is the cheapest. The OneDrive playlist is a game changer.

Interface is super simple to use. Easy to upload documents and have them displayed within seconds. Don't need any kind of technical expertise to make impressive displays.

We use Yodeck on our lunchroom screens to updated employees on upcoming events, funny quotes and birthday announcements. It's been a really fun way to engage the employees and WAY easier than logging into a computer remotely and changing a PPT slide to match updates. Let me just tell you, that is not it 😅

Saves us a lot of time each week and the employees love it.

Yodeck makes it easy to communicate safety information along with company news to our employees. We have never had an issue with the service. They are continually improving the platform and regularly adding features to make it even better. Definitely recommend Yodeck for your communication needs.
