Yodeck is a great way to do digital signage. I chose the system, because it allowed one screen to be used for free. I especially liked that it's possible to turn the screen on or off remotely. Nevertheless, I would love to see a way of implement news from good sources (in my language) into the system.

I really love the simplicity of YoDeck. Unlike a previous signage platform which crashed and required constant attention to keep going, YoDeck just works!

Booked in a demo call with YoDeck given they have so many good reviews and claim to be so great!

Bombarded with emails reminded me about the call before the time, only to find no one from YoDeck bothered to turn up.

Is there any other ways to contact them? Oh no! Just a form to fill out and they will message back in 48 hours.

I think I’ll take my business elsewhere.

They took our money and never delivered a player. This is a sham with no customer service. Run far and fast. Opti signs only.

Let's be honest, there is a long list of digital signage options and I looked at all of them, including just trying to make something myself with a laptop and a large flat panel TV. Some are definitely impressive and loaded with features, but their price tag reflects that. I was really getting frustrated until I stumbled on Yodeck. Right off the bat you could tell that this was a down to earth digital signage platform. We needed the signage at our high school to show lunch menus, activities, special announcements, pictures, videos, etc. Yodeck checked all the boxes and beyond with items and features I had not even considered, all running off a Raspberry PI, and for FREE to get started. You had all the features to use forever, nothing like the other platforms that gave you a week to try it. Trying out features is a piece of cake, you can't really break it, some things work and somethings just don't fit the vibe when you send to the monitors. I have actually setup in a room to dial in just how i want the display to show and then deploy from there. We now have 2 monitors up and will be adding more. Service is great too, I have talked live and through email and questions are answered no matter how dumb they are. Highly suggest if you are looking for simple but capable digital signage.

Yodeck is a really great out of the box solution to display a myriad of content types. The portal software is quick and easy to use once you understand the workflows. The documentation is excellent which helped reduce onboarding time. There are so many scheduling automation options to enable and disable content as needed.

Ease of use, and dependability.

Using Yodek has been a great way to communicate with the more than 150 people who work at my workplace. I found it very easy to upload images and documents and being able to configurate own our way was also great.

Have reviewed and tested other digital signage solutions and found Yodeck to be the easiest to use and most flexible (scriptable) for our needs.

Yodeck made a simple sign very simple. It is also advanced enough to allowed us to grow and develop or signage to include Office 365 OneDrive and Google Docs Content. Using our own devices for displaying the content saved time and allowed us additional control.

I love Yodeck! It changed my life when we started using the service! We have monitors throughout our organization that i keep updated with notices and announcements for our employees. I used to have to go around to each monitor and insert a new thumb drive with updated slides. With Yodeck, i can update all the monitors, remotely, with a couple clicks! It drastically improved my work flow!!

Software works great. I use it to post the schedule as well as other important info for my guys to look at as they are walking past.

I like how easy it is to program content and especially creating layouts. It is nice to take feedback from staff, teachers and students and incorporate their opinions on what grabs their attention for digital signage.

The only struggles I've ever had with YoDeck is getting the systems on our school network. Once we did that on our end, the overall service and product is great.

Yodeck is great!!! There are so many options to offer to give your customers or clients an awesome experience or give services information. We are able to display the newest items available in store, upcoming events and sooooooo much more!!! Yodeck is able to be customized to any business by adding your own custom links or through various apps available through Yodeck. Another plus is the simple ease of use and you will be able to add whatever you need in just a few minutes.

The software is intuitive, the hardware feels built for it, and they work hard to add new features.

We've been using Yodeck for several years now and are completely pleased with its offerings, price, and capabilities. I love how they are constantly updating and adding new capabilities, and even ask for feedback how they can make their product better. We have used it for advertising purposes and now are using it for internal employee recognition and announcements. The plugins and capabilities are truly awesome and I have no issues that I can think of - including setup and day to day usage.

We have over 30 YoDeck devices throughout our company and have had nothing but compliments on how well they work, and reliable. Love the dashboard and getting alerts when issues may arrise.
