Yodel via Inpost does not work.
Inpost do not recognise the barcodes or references.
Best use any other mail system to avoid wasting time and cash.

I don't think the courier can read i empathised that i wanted my parcel delivered to my front door but I get my deliveries left downstairs in pubic part of the building, are they to lazy to come up in the lift to deliver the parcels

Every Deliveroo Kit, they never deliver and they’ll never pay you refund and they will come up with nonsense, I’m sure they reselling the kit that cost over £70 + £6,99 for shipping. I’ve seen more then 27 customers that got scammed by Yodel Parcel never found, very soon I’ll take this further with BBC4

had a message to say package delivered 4.30,no package and we were open till 5.30 with someone there till 7.30. the following day while putting out recycling i found the box under a skip at the n
back of the building. this is the 2nd time, they are useless and obvuiously lie about deliveries.do not trust them

As soon as I realised the parcel was sent my this tinpot company. I tried to cancel the order. But, to be fair, they didn’t let me down. I knew the parcel wouldn’t arrive. And I was right. They put a picture up of the delivery. And no one has a clue where that it. Yep, they lost it. This company had has 4 name changes since they began. And that tells its own story. I refuse point balm to do business with anyone that uses them. Because, everyone knows how rubbish they are. And to use them is just disrespectful to your clients!!!

Once again yodel have failed to deliver yet another package. this time they stated that the parcel was refused. probably because they were again trying to deliver to the wrong address. the ost Office can find it, occasssionally Evri can find it. just not yodel. so again i have to wait for a refund. No words can describe yodel.
Contacting them takes days and their AI bot just replies they are sorry and looking into it. i would rather pay a little extra postage and receive my item than what keeps happening

I have been waiting for a parcel (at the time of writing it's 12 days and counting) to be delivered, I have opened two investigations and offered my contact details on 3 separate occasions.

Right now my parcel is in Wednesbury, no it's in Warrington, it's on the warehouse floor, no they're not sure where it is, it's been lost, so it's in the warehouse undelivered.

If they take any longer I will be requesting a full refund for the undelivered item and demanding the seller be reimbursed for their failed delivery.

If they refuse monetary compensation, I will consider small claims court, because this bunch of cowboys appear to be getting away with murder.

Appalling company. How they are able to operate in this day and age is beyond me.

Delivered my package to a dog! Contacted via chat which was clearly a robot as went round and round in circles. Who in their right mind would give a parcel to a dog and then mark it delivered to a safe place! Last time i checked the neighbours dog wasn’t authorised to receive my parcels. Parcel is now destroyed or eaten

Have ordered twice of Ali express my deliveries by In post were sent to the wrong address both times. What a load of crap. I can’t give less than 1 star

So dissatisfied and disappointed, driver arrived later, within 3 hours. And delivered only 1 box out of 2, when no one was at home, as we waited all day as an idiots. And customer service is useless and not helpful. Do not recommend

Not sure if it’s the same for everybody, but not once has Yodel delivered my parcel correctly when I have them as a courier. I’ve had parcels stolen because parcels are being delivered to other addresses, they constantly leave our parcels outside the front of our flat building, facing a main road, despite instructions being given every time. Even after complaining about this, it continues. Be wary if your parcel is being delivered by Yodel.

I sent a parcel containing some china plates and saucers very carefully wrapped in bubble wrapped and in a stout cardboard box. They arrived at the eBay buyer's house with many of the items smashed to smithereens. The buyer said that she thought that they had been very well packaged and that I should claim off Yodel.
I have tried.
I can't get past the first screen which asks for my YOD reference number. I have entered all of the codes on the paper receipt I got from the drop off shop but they are all rejected as invalid.
I can't see any other way of contacting the company,
I am very fed up!!!

They claim delivery successful but nothing arrived. Said it was delivered to a neighbour "Ann" , there is no one by that name in my tenement block. Also thanked me for using their service and called me George, which my name is NOT. They allegedly got delivery/online order from my-picture.co.uk who are another scamming non existent bunch of CROOKS ! (I will rate and create a review regarding. my-picture.co.uk on trust pilot.

Should not have to download an app to find out a 2 hour window.

Good delivery

Yodel are the most useless delivery company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.

My Amazon parcel consistently says it's out for delivery but never seems to turn up. Customer service is just as unhelpful.

Don't ever use this apology for a delivery company.
