Yodel keep repeating bad behaviour!!!

Yodel keep repeating bad behaviour!!!
Leaving parcels outside in view of pasing cars and pedestrians, instead of ringing the doorbell, even though there is a note on the front door asking him to do this. I do not think that this courier either speaks or reads english. I do not mean this in a derogotory or racist manner by any means, but it begs the question, how does he manage to drive a vehicle if he is unable to read english???

once again yodel courier dumped my high…

once again yodel courier dumped my high value electrical package on the doorstep,despite my leaving a note on the gate for them to ring the doorbell as my wife and I were at home.It was a cardboard box left out in the rain.I suspect that yodel couriers do not have to have much intelligence to qualify as a courier.No doubt I shall now receive the same crap from customer services

No delivery and no update.. Again

Yet again no delivery and no update untill this evening and that was only to say they are now waiting on the seller, for what information I do not know. Also got asked what was in my parcel.. Which has no relevance to it being delivered at all and has nothing to do with them.

Yodel's customer service is a joke

On 30 December after Yodel failed to deliver yet again I wrote a review on Trustpilot and received this reply from their customer service:

"Hi there, I am sorry to hear about your experience so far. I would really like to have a look into this for you. Please could you email socialmediaescalations @yodel.gnatta.com with the delivery address, full name, contact number, tracking number, and a link to your review? Thank you, Yodel Social Media Team."

After giving customer services full details as requested in their message, Yodel again failed to deliver on 1 December. I then wrote a second review on Trustpilot and received exactly the same email.

That was the third time I received the same text. Clearly it is a standard message with no intention of any human involvement.

By now I had waited 3 days for deliveries which each had a definite time-slot yet never arrived. Even after replying to Yodel with a very detailed account of all that had gone wrong Yodel again failed to deliver on 2 December.

BE WARNED - it's obvious Yodel's delivery service is totally incompetent and equally obvious their customer service team don't care.

Misdelivery of wine

I ordered a consignment of wine from Giodano wines.Having waited two weeks there was no delivery and I contacted the merchant and they told me it had been delivered at 8.59 on the 30th November.Clearly that wasn't true and they said they were trying to get a response from Yodel.No reply from either company and as a result I have cancelled the latest order and the disputed one will be delivered free of charge.

Very bad

Very bad . I asked u to put in porch my parcel as I had u come to me with other parcels and on my emails it was telling me it was in safe place and card in door . So I thought u had but inside my porch as I instructsed. But no left outside front door and I live on a main road no card in door and yes they was nicked from outside . It took two weeks to sort and had to reorder and they were my grandaughters birthday presents who was three . Today I had a parcel come the same happened again even with instructions to put in porch . Just thrown outside but I was lucky it was still there .
