Some moves were very easy and others were too hard so it feels inconsistent. Love the model doing the moves. The directions are clear and easy enough to follow. Adaptions for strength levels would be helpful if they were presented /explained for example “ modify the plank pose by stretching from your knees” or “if your shoulder is too tight just stretch as far as you can”. Etc. The app reminders are great. The encouragement is helpful. The selected moves are good.

I began doing the chair yoga routine a little over a year ago. I am 70+ years old and hike a lot in pretty risky terrain and was most interested in finding a way to regain and maintain good balance and flexibility. After being on the plan for a few months I took a really bad fall in the mountains where I was pinned down against a wall with my back in a very severe backward bend. I was sure that I was going to have bad issues getting out of the forest and then long term afterward. I have had zero issues and the only reason I can attribute it to is the increased flexibility I have gained from the yoga practice. I have also seen great strides in balance, which is other goal I had from the beginning. The practices are easy to follow with great instructions and a video that you follow along with.

I am new to tai chi, but I am not new to exercise. Seems to be running a little slow, but it’s getting me into a rhythm so time will tell more. The instructors clothes are too loose. I can’t see what he’s actually trying to do again tai chi..

Yoga-Go is a great Ap for me. I do daily workouts switching between yoga and Pilates. I feel stronger and my body is getting very toned. I am 71 and my body has not felt this good in years. I love the practices , they are easy to follow and they can be paused until I feel like I am in the pose properly. Also thanks to the Yoga-Go team for keeping the AP updated if things need to be corrected.

I love the tai chi breathing and movement! I do it right after my 7minutes of yoga for older adults. It starts my day off right.

The only criticism I have of the program is I wish the same exercises were not repeated everyday. A little variety would be nice.

I truly like the Yoga-Go app. The variety of exercises is good but enough repetition so it feels familiar while fresh. Due to some medical limitations, I feel I can make adjustments and still achieve a good session and workout. I can make session modifications (time, difficulty) which is helpful. Wish I could do more "personalization" from time to time.
