I’m out of shape so the beginners program is perfect for me. Thank you.

Loved the Tai Chi instruction, but it wasn’t like exercises in the ad, so I was disappointed. The exercises were much easier but less effective. Every day I expected to see the exercises shown on the ads on YouTube. I got to the end of the class, and the choice was to repeat the same class or do yoga or Pilates. Not what I signed up for. I didn’t lose weight, but I am feeling better.
However the most aggravating thing was that signing up was confusing and misleading with the legal contract. I don’t recall seeing the pages to give my financial information, and I didn’t know how much the beginning program was going to cost. I tried to limit the information I gave because of scams I have experienced online. I expected to receive an email to explain how to pay and how much, but I didn’t receive anything but cheerleading emails. Therefore I was shocked to see a debit on my bank statement for $19.98 & $9.98 from “Actitech” in Limassol, Cyprus, one of the companies which works for “yoga-go.” I didn’t consent for them to take the money from my checking account. How did they get the information to do that? Can they come back and take out more without my knowledge or consent? I called the bank, and they said they couldn’t do anything to stop them unless I closed my entire checking account! The bank says this free access is because of “digital banking “agreements. I disagree with this policy! If I had chosen how to pay them, I would have chosen a credit card and given them the number or paid through PayPal. I felt violated! I reread the contract several times and tried to contact customer service, but without success because I haven’t mastered my iPad and kept losing my messages to customer support. I realized that I won’t be able to find how to give yoga-go my preferred payment and information. Therefore it is not worth my time and effort to try to figure this out. It’s sad because I enjoyed the Tai Chi.
Now I am “unsubscribing, “ but even that seems
“tricky.“. I don’t recall whether I signed up by app or website. My receipt says “website,” but if it is by app, the company could keep billing me. How can I erase my information? Not clear to me. The contract says I can, but how? Even to leave this review I am agreeing to their terms and conditions! Buyer Beware!
I am back to exercising the old fashioned way! Without technology!

I think the person leading the sessions is perfect no judging ....

I feel great after the session. I don't see any weight loss yet. I love what the session does for the way I feel after the session.

Really enjoying the Tai Chi experience presented here. Just found it a little fast in places - eg Connecting Heaven and Earth and parting the Wild Mare's Mane, but fortunately you can go back and back as many times as needed to work it out. It might be helpful too, if it wasn't only done in mirroring as you have to do a mental translation of left to right or right to left when copying her movements.

Love the classes and flexibility of practicing when I want

I like that I can move at my pace and easily go back to the days I want to incorporate with my new day's routine!

As per the claims on the adverts a dramatic response within 28 days of Taichi, I was understandably impressed and started the exercises whilst continuing swimming .
Unfortunately I have seen absolutely no response and my weight is stable at 65 kilos plus minus a few pounds.
My target weight is 56 kilograms.

Great Customer Service But Basic Tai Chi Was Too Slow
Was looking for a beginner tai chi online class and tried this app on the trial plan. Liked the instructor, but the sessions were too basic. I do yoga regularly, so don't need an indefinite number of lessons on loosening up.
Customer service kindly and quickly responded to my refund request, so I would recommend the company and maybe a more advanced tai chi option if you're familiar with any Eastern exercise program.

I initially had some difficulties with the way the billing was not as visible as it could have been. but found this company took my issue seriously, communicated with me about my concerns and found a positive result for us both
So I have written this to amend my previous post.

BE CAREFUL when you get announced from this company!!!
They don’t inform you that you have to subscribe to automatic payments.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
