Once you have got through the unhelpful bot the agents are excellent. The provision of a phone number would be helpful though.

I.had a job trying to make a missed payment, I think they are part of one call so managed to pay that way. Things need to be easier to find on their portal log in

Took out car insurance online and enhanced breakdown cover too. When I downloaded policy documents I was unsure whether we'd be covered in the case of a puncture and wanted to clarify this. FAQs and Chatbot couldn't answer my query but Ami in the live chat department was polite and helpful. She checked, apologised for keeping me waiting whilst she tracked down the answer and got back to me promptly putting my mind at ease. Had worried that 'online only' cover might mean that I couldn't reach a human but not the case. She was great and meant that the excellent value cover does everything I'd hoped it would.
