I'm sorry to hear your shipment takes such a long time. Because of Black Friday, the festive season and the covid-19 situation (overhere a total lockdowm 1 week before Christmas) shipments have an exceptional long shipping time.
Behind these scenes we were already contacting the carrier POSTNL on the status of your shipment. I'm trying to get more detailed information as I worry too. It is as frustrating for us as it is for you.
The only information I have is that it is delayed and that your parcel is put on transit on december 19th.

Great service, beautiful mat & meditation cushion. The mat has a great feel to it, and for me just the right thickness to stand stable and lie comfortably :) The cushion sits comfortably, and I love the calm deep red colour.
(Also, the in-person delivery to my home in Leiden the same day was incredible, and a great surprise).
