Completely changed how I look at yoga. I finally understand why certain movements and breathing techniques matter and not just how to do them.

I used some content and I liked it pretty much. However, the payment and subscription sections weren't clear, which caused a bit of confusion.

Just one month ago, I bought a subscription to the sessions of Yoga4Mind. I am a different person now. Earlier I used to panic a lot even for small deadlines at my work, but now things are quite sorted out.

Yoga4Mind comes with some great tools, but do take the time to check the reviews and also learn about how it works before letting it use you. Further consequences may arise later on.

For several weeks now, I have been practicing Yoga4Mind and it has been assisting me in establishing a pattern. The task was simple so I never gave up.

Disgraceful outfit don’t involve yourself . Took 49.00 from account I twice attempted to stop which then did - after a month they continued to fraudulently take 49 00 again . Had to get the bank to deal with them they stopped and refunded .
Basically they’re stealing money from

I recently subscribed to this site and I am so happy. I had this issue of getting defocused and unable to work properly. My friend suggested Yoga4mind which has low has low subscription price. Although I came across some negative reviews regarding price, but I didn't find any issue.

Just a scam avoid at all costs

WHo are this robbing scum??????
Took 1p out of my acccount then tried for £49 3 times, thankfully my bank declined the payments. Never heard of them and defo never set anything up!!!!

£49 was taken from my bank account on 30th march 2025 by the company, I don't recall signing up for the company and have asked to cancel and for a refund without success.
