Yoga with Laurent is totally relaxing and is so well explained. Laurent takes time to carefully describe each move. These are often quite gentle and all levels of ability can take part. It is a joy to listen to Laurent's soothing voice. Brilliant classes!

Uplifting and informative classes
Laurent's classes are really informative and put you at ease, I have been doing his breath work classes and mindful yoga, he is very knowledgable about the respiratory system and I highly recommend these uplifting classes.

Superb tuition and website for booking
Very easy website to navigate and book up. Laurent is the best yoga instructor I have ever had without question. He varies his tuition every week with a different theme and his care for your health and well-being is second to none, both in the studio and on-line. Highly recommended for beginners up to those learning to become tutors. Thank you Laurent for all you do and for helping me cope with lockdown.
