This company appears highly unprofessional. I would strongly encourage the relevant authorities in Germany to review its practices, as it gives the impression of being a scam.

Avoid this company. I was tricked into signing up to a paid subscription through a pop up add without me realising what I had done. I immediately went into company website that tells you several ways to cancel the subscription. None of these work with the phone line not connecting and page link not working. Emailed them without response. As last resort called my bank and cancelled my card preventing them from taking the £29.99 fee. Beware of SCAM

Take money without permission. Never visited their web site..Then, followed several emails and finally refunded.

I had never heard of this company until i saw a payment come from my account. I found their email and emailed them but they did not help. i have raised the issue with my bank as fraud

Clicked on this link when on another website and somehow (via Apple Pay) subscribed to looking at crap cheap leggings. A one day free trial and then £29.99 per month! Luckily my bank cancelled my card quickly before any money taken. Beware as you may think you’re cancelling the paid subscription but are actually only cancelling your e-mail subscription from them - and still paying each month! Scam!

I find this site genuine as there are no hidden fees and everything is clear. Moreover, the customer service is always ready to help and the issues are solved within a few hours only.
