I wish I would have known that everdayyoga.com is also yogaoutlet.com. The site says they have 24/7 customer service and live chat, but I have been unable to reach someone. My order arrived damaged and they have promised a replacement with no communication nor replacement after the promise.

It's a scam I guarantee all the good review are fake ... they set up many many different fake store... if you have bought anything contact your bank asap

I received no communication from YogaOutlet. I checked the website and it indicated I had items in my cart. I ordered again and to my surprise my original order arrived today. A confirmation email could have avoided this issue. Now I have to go through the process of returning an unneeded item

Yoga Outlet is great! I had to return a yoga mat because i wanted a thicker one. Yoga Outlet promptly accepted my return and gave me store credit. I just ordered a thicker 5mm. Super excited to get it.

I got the orders on time and they look fine when I got them except one - which is the yoga mat. I thought I would get a thick mat only to find it just the same as the common ones. I misunderstood when I read “thick” mat when I ordered it. So it was not clear to me. I need an extra thick mat so that I can comfortably use it. Is there a resource you can refer me to get it? Thank you. Liz

I ordered my item on January 22 and I still have not received it. FedEx status is pending arrival. It’s sitting somewhere in a FedEx warehouse in the midwest. I understand shipments may take longer, but this is a long wait time.
