I recently completed the 200-hour teacher training with YogaRenew.
The course content was comprehensive and well-structured, covering everything from foundational poses and alignment to philosophy and teaching methodology. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, and the flexibility of the online format made it accessible to fit around my schedule.

That said, the program was online, which was the main drawback for me. While the virtual format worked well in many ways, I would have preferred some in-person training to deepen hands-on learning, especially for adjustments and real-time feedback.

Overall, I’d recommend this training to anyone looking for a flexible and thorough introduction to yoga teaching, particularly if an online format suits your lifestyle.

Truly enjoyed the course content, the live zoom classes and all the instructors. Well curated and delivered. Great to do if you are just learning about yoga for personal use but also very helpful if you want to launch your teacher training. Recommend!

It was a great program and I learned so much!

I cannot fault the 200hr training at all. The amount of respect, honour and time given to the origins of yoga, Sanskrit and the practice in general is outstanding. It is a very in-depth course that requires you complete each stage and watch provided videos in full before progressing so there is no shortcuts, you have to learn in order to proceed.

There are many YTT's offered outside of India and many of them are diabolically priced. I did a lot of research before going ahead with YogaRenew and I admit I was sceptical initially because of how reasonably priced it was compared to a few others I had on my shortlist. But I am blown away by the detailed, informative education that YogaRenew offers.

The education on Yoga philosophy were unlike anything else I've seen offered on other YTT's. The constant presence of Sanskrit, the attention to detail when explaining the purpose of poses, the assignment requirements and the life-long access to the library of resources all for such a low course cost is symbolic of a team that truly loves Yoga and wishes to share the practice as it was intended.

THIS is the programme for Westerners who want to actually teach and learn about Yoga in its authenticity and not the aestheticized stretching that social media has created.

Knowledgeable, accessible teachers. Live Zoom classes made the online experience even more immersive. Real-time feedback from teachers. Practice and Dissect classes can't be beat. So glad I chose YogaRenew for my YTT.

I really liked the flexibility of the certification's time frame. I also appreciated the quick responses I got when I had questions.

Everything was great except for the sequencing assignments. These were too confusing.

I liked the teachers that gave the online classes. Especially Diedra, Lindsey, Melie and Ronen. Patrick very often cancels his classes. I think it would be better if his classes were not on the timetable in the first place.
It was really useful to learn the sequencing to peak pose method. I will continue to use it in my classes.
The sequencing assignment form is really incredibly confusing and has non-sensical formating. As I understand Yoga Renew Team are already aware of this and therefore it would be respectful to clients to change/ update it as it comes accross as very unproffesional and sloppy.
The course has a very strong begnning with Julie's introduction and philosophy.
I enjoyed the course more than I expected to. There are a lot of reasources that I didn't have time to look at and it's good to know that I an refer to them in the future.

Very accessible as it is online and you can see that they truly want the students to build their knowledge of yoga and confidence in teaching. I love that I have lifelong access to all the teaching material and can continue showing up to zoom classes to keep on learning after I graduated.

YogaRenew has a comprehensive program that offers a lot of online support. I'll use them again for continuing education.

I had a great experience with the YogaRenew Teacher Training Program. The instructors are very knowledgeable and explain things clearly, making it easy to follow along. There’s also a huge library of video content, which makes learning flexible and convenient. Overall, a well-structured and engaging program I’d definitely recommend.

The curriculum is comprehensive. The teachers are all knowledgeable and supportive. The live zoom calls are awesome. Special shout out to Lindsay whose class sequencing worksops really helped me in my sequencing assignment. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been practicing yoga for 3 years before taking this course. I thought the materials are informative & useful. The curriculum is extensive regarding the legal matters with teaching. Excellent advice!!

I learned so much, everything was so easily accessible, self-paced, and the teachers are so knowledgeable. I loved my journey of getting my certificate and wouldn't change a single thing.

YogaRenew fits into your schedule. You can complete much of the coursework outside of standard business hours. The live zoom calls were fantastic and I'll probably attend those for months to come. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable.

Very easy to follow! Content was great! I think the e-platform could be a little more user friendly.

I received excellent education, guidance, and value. I knew my weakness going in was sequencing, and I was given tools and confidence and perspective about the nature and use of asanas in sequence. I learned a lot about my own practice along the way, from refinement of my asanas to an introduction to meditation. The live course hours were the most valuable part of the training. Really I understand so much more about yoga now. The whole training took me three months while working full time.
