I am really thankful to YoGov to book my driving test so quickly in a week to suite my circumstances. It is really good to have such service and avoid waiting for a month and so for the standard DMV booking system. Also, they have excellent and very responsive customer support. They provide you additional resources and hints for your test.

I booked 2 hours with my concierge and booked some on the side just in case, I am so glad I did!
Driving in the DMV in the city is challenging and my concierge did an awesome job at showing me around and explaining all the subtleties, especially the common mistakes people make and critical errors. The goal was to feel comfortable enough with her car and get familiar with the areas, learning where the the tricky turns are before the test. She was so patient with me an accompanied me to this journey, it can get really stressful but she was amazing and I really can't thank her enough for everything she did!
It's a great feeling knowing that you're not alone in a process like that when you don't want to bother your close entourage or scare them off when you're just getting back on the road.

Honestly, this service is amazing. All the options I had lined up to take the driver's test fell through. I was able to reserve a concierge 7 car with YoGov days before the test date. Don was very encouraging during the practice hour. Highly recommend this to anyone needing a car for the test!

Everything went smooth. Prior to the test, I had a little practice familiarizing myself with the route and driving conditions. And also got some tips and tricks from the driver who provided a car. Thanks!

The instructor arrived punctually and was beyond incredible. He kept me calm and showed me exactly what I needed to do in order to pass my license which I did! I would highly recommend this company as well as their instructors!

The appointment taking works well. However the membership is a scam!
I tried to get their membership as it allowed me to get a cheaper rate on appointment bookings. The website kept telling me that it did not work,so I just took an appointment full price. And now I just realised they still charged for the membership! And I get no reply from them when I email their support. This membership is a scam.

Great service, quick turnaround for appointments. The concierge service is also a great boon.

YoGov has been really a easy way to book DMV appointments in Bay area. I'm glad I was suggested this platform by one of my friends and gave it a try. They were also very quick in responding to my email with a tiny issue I was facing and Julie from YoGov helped me very much and resolved the issue very quickly. Great experience so far.. Recommended for DMV appointments.
