Fast delivery of email with QR-code, but able to make it work in Malaysia only after email to support. Support though was really helpful, after first complain re-issued another qr codes, and finally, after three or four iterations made it works. Thank you.

Was having problems getting the esim to work in Bhutan. There was a contact number on my confirmation email and was able to have a chat with an individual at the company on What’s App who very patiently walked me through the set up and issues. And I’m not the most IT literate. Very nice & helpful. Much appreciated & would definitely use again when traveling

I bought 2 eSims for Japan, installed one on Android and it worked immediately, on iphone we installed and erased, what seems to be not a good idea as the card could not be reinstalled again. I contacted the support, cleared what the problem was and they send me a new QR code which immediately worked . The connection is stable and it was the chepest esim for Japan so I can rate it 5 stars.
I bought a Canada-only eSIM.
I followed instructions to activate the eSIM, and got data working.
I could not get voice to work, the eSIM instructions state that I would be able to make voice calls but I couldn't.
I bought a physical SIM in the airport and was set up in a few minutes hassle-free.
I got this eSim for our 12 day US vacation. I bought the 15 day version. When we arrived in Atlanta I tried installing the esim, which didn't work, so I contacted the customer support. They tried and couldn't help either. So went a whole day without the esim before a new one was pushed onto my phone. After 7 days it stopped working. I, again,contacted the support and again had a day without a connection. So I paid for 15 days, which I wanted to use 12 days of only to be able to use 10 days. For someone who REALLY needs this all day cause we were at various locations where we needed to call either uber or lyft, this is not a good fit. If you don't need it to work every second, then you can buy it. Price is good, customer support is actually trying to help, but I will not get those 2 days back.
Best Esim service you can get. I ordered an Esim for the US I saw it was in eastern pacific time the activate it. So i whatsapp them asking to change the activation date by a day earlier and customer services done it easily. Price tag is much cheaper than any other company. I will be using more of YohoMobile services
