Very bad connection
Very bad connection. Really bad. Always 3G even EDGE (2.5G) in the center of Brussels. Is the signal coming from a potato? Charged me extra money for no reason, just left 'verbruik' on my bill without informing me. Going to ask my money back later.

Perfect
Everything went well, the technician came on time, he was very friendly. He installed the modem and tested the internet. Very fast internet. I ordered 3 sim cards all was promptly activated as well without fail. I used the easy switch service , everything was handled very well i am satisfied.

Simple and efficient
Nothing to mention really. For this beginning of cooperation I must say, the timelines have been respected, the communication was clear and easy and it does the job the same way my previous provider did.. but for a much simpler and better price. I strongly appreciate that there are not tons of options to choose from, to add to the bill. You want a phone connection? Data? Internet? Here you go, that's the price and that's what you get. Simple so customer friendly. I am just expecting the first bill to see if all os alright but I am confident it will be. My total support to this simple, cristal clear supplier.

No customer support number
No customer support number, chatbot only in Dutch. No way to cancel or amend the subscription. Extra high cost for extra GB.

horrible customer service
I wanted to cancel my contract but lost my password to sign in. When trying to reset my password the system freezes. Also customer service is very unhelpful, they reply automatically to your question with most reply's unhelpful.
