I ordered Labubu Energynon 4/25/25. Have emailed regarding where my order and I request a refund and obviously no response from Yokai Toys. My shipping tracking was deleted, their website no longer exists. I contacted my bank to inform them that I have not received my items I had purchased in 4/25/25 and it was 5/30, no response and their website has been taken down and my tracking number no longer exists. Stay away from this company- this was on the Shop App and had over 1k reviews. Total scammers! My bank is checking into them. Stay away

The site looks legitimate and says they are an official distributor with 100% original figures guaranteed quality, after waiting 3 weeks what arrived is clearly a fake of very poor quality. No QR codes, shoddy paintwork feet backwards

I’d give no stars if I could, was assured when ordering the Labubu was authentic, took over a month to arrive and it’s the worst cake I’ve ever seen, actually a bit scary lol have been emailing them daily about a refund and no reply as of yet! AVOID

They claim to be an authorized distributor of PopMart, however, my Labubu’s were 100% Lafufu fakes, no Qrcode, no art card, messed up pant, too short ears, fully turntable head, wrong eyes. Also, you fakes will take triple the time of shipping a promised and they will ghost you in communications. Do not buy from them if you expect authentic products.

Never received my order. Customer service never responds. Feel scammed and completely robbed of my money. Customers beware. Do not do business with this company.

I ordered from this company and immediately regretted my purchase so I sent them an email within about two minutes of purchase asking them to kindly cancel my order. They didn't respond and instead sent me shipping confirmation. I sent another email again asking for cancellation. No response. I have sent two emails since then and no response. AND the product is not moving at all. The label was created but they have not sent what I am almost certain will be a fake product. I did ask their chatbot if their products were replicas or authentic and of course they claim authenticity. Clearly I fell for a scam reading the other reviews here and also due to no response. I also called the phone number I was given by my credit card company and to no surprise no one answered.

Avoid this site at all costs if you care about quality or customer service. A complete scam experience.

I placed an order for a Labubu figure on April 28th. The website claimed delivery within 6–10 business days, but I heard nothing until May 15th, despite being told it was shipped on April 30th. When I tried to track the order, their support chat claimed my order didn’t exist—even after I gave my email and tracking number. I sent an email and got no response for days. Eventually, they started sending tracking info and the package finally arrived on May 22nd—almost a month later.

When it did arrive, the product was already opened, poorly resealed, and damaged. Worst of all, it turned out to be a fake Labubu figure—cheap quality and clearly not authentic.

Waited over a month for a fake Labubu, gutted. It’s wrong of them to falsely advertise these as genuine articles. Very disappointed.

Advertising as a genuine supplier of Labubu but they’re not genuine. Took weeks to arrive, and when it finally did, the Labubu was a fake.

Do not buy! Ordered a full set and received 1 single box and it’s a massive fake! Gone back through my bank to get my money back! 10000000% fake. Do not buy! If you’ve ordered already raise a dispute with your bank for fake merchandise and lying about them being authentic. Their reviews are also a lie.

The actual audacity to challenge my refund request from my bank after you’ve literally scammed me of a full box of labubus but sent 1 instead and it was a fake! Read the reviews people! Do not buy from this scamming company!!!!!!!

I ordered labubus from this website and I never got my orders. This is totally scam. DO NOT order from this site. They are fake. I don't know how to get my money back. I paid $180

This company is a total scam that runs ads on FB and Instagram. They have fake reviews and do not deliver the products on their websites. Stay away from them. I fell for their online scam and now fighting the charge with my CC company. Their address on file is some random house in CA. The proper authorities have been told on their location and legal complaints have been filed.
