I've always bought wigs from Yolissahair. The hair is very good quality and true to the picture. I'm always delighted 🥰 with their customer service and the shipping 🚚; they arrive very quickly.

I have purchased multiple wigs. The wigs are always great quality. Unfortunately, the last wig I purchased I didn't like the color too much. This company went back and forth with me to avoid a return. That is not good customer service to me. The site days they accept returns, therefore there should be a no hassle return. I ultimately ending up accepting a partial refund that was lower than what I requested.... Due to terrible customer service, I will never purchase from the site again. I like to return items if the site states you can return items.

I got the 24 inch double drawn closure wig and I love it!!! The hair feels very premium, it is super soft. They also customized the hair for me to fit my size and their communication and service was top notch. Delivery was pretty quick too. It took 5 days. I’m overall satisfied with my order 😊.

I have been buying wigs from Yolissa for at least 10 years now and every time the wig is perfect. They have great communication, they send me photos of the wig before they ship it out. They are overall a great company with amazing hair. The caps are quite large ( even the medium is huge)so if you have a smaller head definitely order a small so the wig isn’t hanging by your neck. Highly recommend this company!

Terrible experience. My wig took over 3.5 weeks to arrive. After the 2nd week, when there was no tracking provided, I requested a refund. The wig took over 1.5 weeks to arrive and it's now been a month and still no refund or information on how to get a refund

I just ordered a 14inch transparent frontal..I just want to say..I LOVE IT..the new construction is great...it's not flat like other frontals it's curved a little and it's great!! I have a small head and I have to make my wigs because I can't fit any wigs. I made a wig with the newly constructed frontal I received from Yolissa Hair and it's perfect!!! I didn't even have to install an elastic band!!! Also it was pre plucked!!! Love that!!
