I goofed when I entered my address. The clothing items were returned to the sender.

I noticed this by using the tracking information provided. I then notified yolichill support via email.

They had a fresh order in the mail headed to my correct address that same day.

Look and feel very good.

It was easy to choose the items. Once my items arrives I will follow up and tell you guys the outcome.

Don’t buy at any costs , these people have a number of site like “
clothesoutdoor “ and the operate out of the USA and use china for correspondence. Complete scam , thieving insects .

Don’t count on getting a refund, I enquired to get my refund after receiving these cheap quality material clothing and one came ripped at that. The company stated I would only get 20% percent back of a refund and , if I wanted to send it back it will cost me shipping cost , they also had requirements as to how to ship it and I must send it to the exact address they required if not I won’t get the refund. Never will buy from this site again! Save yourself the hassle and money! The shipping tracker never updated , so I didn’t know when the package was set to arrive , it provided some shipping track but it didn’t make any sense! DONT BUY FROM THEM! I wasted $80 dollars , and got clothes I can’t wear. I’ll take the loss and won’t even bother returning it. I’ll save myself more frustration.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE! What you order is not what arrives. It’s cheap and they tell you they send you a bigger size because china sizes are different from uk. It’s a load of rubbish. I asked for a refund and they suggested I keep the Jacket and they give me 20% refund. £78 for a badly made jacket that looks absolutely nothing like the image online. I want a full refund.

Avoid Yolochill at all costs.
After setting up an account with Yolochill, I placed two separate orders in Feb 2024 for trousers totalling over GBP £71.
A few minutes afterwards I checked them out on Trustpilot ( should have done this first – my big mistake ! )
Most of the reviews on Trustpilot were bad, so less than 10 minutes after placing the orders, I contacted Yolochill via their chat facility to cancel the orders.
Yolochill assured me that the orders had been cancelled and that I would be refunded within 7 – 21 days.
When I queried why my account did not show the orders had been cancelled I was informed that the Yolochill site did not have the facility to show that the orders were cancelled – this I thought was very suspect.
Less than 12 hours after placing my orders I reported this all to my Credit Card Company.
My Credit Card Company said that I would have to wait up to 21 days before any credit might be received into my account before I could take the matter any further.
Due to illness, I was unable to chase this matter in a timely manner.
42 days later (now April 2024) no refund had been received.
This morning I spoke to my Credit Card Company who will be refunding me within the next 3 - 5 days and claiming the money back from Yolochill.
Having looked further at Yolochill's record I cannot understand why Credit Card Companies will have anything to do with Yolochill.
The moral of this story is NEVER deal with any online company without first checking them out on Trustpilot beforehand.
The warning I offer here to readers is NEVER DEAL WITH YOLOCHILL. You will be sorry.

They lied about the clothes, and after sending everything back in the original packaging and to the California Address on the labeling. I have supplied pictures, tracking number and they still won't return my $98.00. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, AND I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE FTC, AND I URGE OTHERS TO DO SO AS WELL.

First time but seem to be all ok.

It was fast and easy to order!!

Definitely a scam! They told me 3 to 10 days for processing.. after I contacted them on day 8 without knowing anything. We are now on day 14 and my items are still processing. I told them to cancel and don't ship it for a refund and they are stalling and telling me I'll be charged 15% of the order which is not mentioned up front in their policy's on their site. Bad business here. Avoid them completely!!

Garbage product and false description! Advertised their jacket as "waxed canvas" and leather; actually, it is cheap synthetic fabric, thin as a shirt, and the "leather" is vinyl. The company is a scam.

Absolute scam. Ordered vintage cotton shirt size XL and they delivered a 100% polyester shirt size XXXL with stitching missing.
