Very poor customer services experience
Very poor customer services experience. Ordered a desk on the website. Product faulty, want to return it. CS tells me to go get some wrapping paper at baumarkt (which obviously is not possible currently and even if so, i can never rewrap a desk of 50kg+ properly). Each reply takes a week for them to get back to me. Requests for a call are ignored. Nothing is done proactively to come with suggestions how to solve this. Very frustrating.
