Excellent and Worth the Money

I love my Yop & Tom notebooks
I love my Yop & Tom notebooks. I did my first Bullet Journal in one after reading many reviews of MANY notebooks. And I just bought three and four. I love the thick paper, the feel of the vegan leather covers, the numbered pages, the pocket in the back, and the pretty colors. Shipping was very quick. A win!

Friendly service, bit disappointed in journals themselves
Very friendly and timely customer service when needing help purchasing, but a bit let down when products arrived as there is quite a smell to the journal I’ve opened so far (not sure if it’s down to the cover material, but it’s strong enough to be headache inducing and an asthma irritant so debatable if they’ll be able to be used in this house).
Journals are also heavier than expected and I don’t think I noticed in the description about the fewer number of pages (noticeably so compared to Leuchturm1917 regarding both points). Weight means might not be great for commuting but the gold foil designs on the front are nice!

Hi Christina, I'm very sorry to hear you're not happy about the product. The journals can sometimes smell a little when you first open them, but that should soon wear off. The heavier weight is caused by the heavier thicker 160 GSM paper, which many of our customers love and enjoy. The number of pages is also affected by the thickness of the pages overall. We don't currently sell dot grid journals with thinner paper yet, but our lined journals and power of 3 journals have 120 GSM paper, a bit thinner than the dot grid journals so it can hold more pages.
