I never write reviews, but since I've actually felt a massive difference/improvement after starting taking Mood Food, I wanted to share.

My PMS mood swings (and cramps) only started cropping up a few years ago but they had become quite detrimental, which is why I wanted to try Mood Food when I came across it.
Even just after the first month I noticed a huge improvement - at the fear of jinxing it; the PMS mood issues are actually gone! (I kept taken them and have probably taken them for about a year now).
In addition, they also seems to have helped with my stomach cramps (I only use Mood Food, so I guess others with more extensive cramp issues than I, might need to try the Soother, but these works for me in this area as well for some reason).

Great product, love the subscription as really easy to skip or change order. Good packaging too. Only small niggle is no pads without wings which my daughter prefers.

I've been using Yoppie pads for a while now and I love the fact they're made with organic cotton, they feel so much nicer than the plastic supermarket brands, I would definitely never go back, I'm hooked! I've also started using their mood food supplement, which I feel has made a big difference to my PMS symptoms, would highly recommend!

As a Non binary (AFAB) person myself I really appreciate that you are trying to be inclusive of everyone! however I have to agree being called a 'bleeder' doesn't sit right with me either. The correct more widely accepted term among the trans/LGBTQ+ community and Cis community would be an AFAB (assigned female at birth) this then does not take away from anyones gender identity whether that be cisgender, non-binary or Transgender! and then no person can accuse you of trying to de-gender them or of being transphobic because noone at all can argue against the fact that only the people who where born with a uterus (Females & approx 50% of people with hermaphroditism) have a physical period and then peoples prefered gender identity is not even a factor!

The pads are so much softer than Always, they're so comfortable and the same price! I love not worrying about if I have enough pads before my period because they are always posted in time. The autumn facemask is also really good.

Side note: Contrary to the negative reviews, I really appreciate the trans-inclusive language. It's the cherry on top of a great product.

I have only had one order bit so far I am happy. My order was for pads, regular, light and liners, no problems with any of them. I can get enough products in my delivery for me and my daughter each month, which is really good value for money.

Tampons.
Delivery was fine.

The website is a bit 'full on' with information I don't wish to hear about and rather unnecessary sex info....not good for very young girls who are just starting their periods !!!!

The tampons are awful ! Sisters beware....dreaded leaks !!!
They simply do not absorb properly . I used super when my P friend first appeared and leaked again like last month using Yoppie ! Took it out feeling quite shocked I was flooding or something and it had only absorbed down one side. I had the same last month so made sure I didn't use yoppie tampons when in work !

I'll stick to good old usual supermarket own brands and Tampax in the future .

Too much money spent on their website rather than the product itself which in my experience is no good whatsoever for us women !

I've got PCOS and depression so don't have a normal menstrual cycle and never bleed, but have struggled a lot with a monthly dip in mood that my prescription antidepressants don't seem to have any effect on (for a few days a month it's like I wasn't taking them at all more or less) - of course my GP just shrugged it off as "eh female problems." Gave Mood Food a go alongside my fluoxetine and after a couple of months the cyclical "extra" drop effectively stopped happening!! Tablets are a bit big and the aftertaste is rather potent (have a cuppa or some OJ afterwards) but that's a minor gripe compared to the relief of not slipping back into that near-suicidal mood dip every twenty-odd days. If you've got ovaries and have depressive episodes these supplements are well worth a try IMO.
