Excellent dog food
Product came on time and easy to order. It is the right food for my young dog who used to have a sensitive stomach but is thriving on this food.

We used to love and swear by Yora. New recipe - avoid!
We used to love and swear by Yora.
It saved our dog with IBD. They recently moved to a German manufacturing site from the UK and updated the recipe whilst claiming all the compostion is the same but the 'chef' is different. They're definitely sourcing the ingredients from new suppliers and sadly it means out dog can no longer tolerate the food and its making her very sick!! I dont know if there's meat contamination or if derivatives such as chindrioton have changed animal protein
I am no longer willing to reccomend this to other dog owners sadly!

I am having real problem logging in and ordering dog food. I have to order as a guest which means i have to input all my drtails every time which is a bit of a bore.

A very speedy service. Excellent website, easy to use and order what I needed. I ordered on Friday evening and delivery was received Monday morning. I was recommended to use Yora Direct by my daugher Zoe (ex Pets Coner) and I am very glad that I did. Thank you. Zoe sends a Hi to George.

Excellent product, excellent service
Aside from a weird bug where my partner's phone and laptop don't seem to display the checkout properly forcing me to be the sole purchaser of the food, the product and service from Yora foods has been great. We have two elderly senior rescues and the light/senior along with some wet food and dental sticks is perfect for them and keeping them very healthy.
Delivery is excellent, they use a courier that in our area performs really well.
Never had any issues.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I am so grateful for the care the Yora staff have shown! Quick to respond and answer questions, and quick to post out alternatives for my dog to try.
My dog is sensitive to a lot of foods, so we are still working to find things he can safely eat. It's early days with trying Yora products, but I'm hoping he will be okay with at least one of your Insect-based patés.

Buying this food despite the slaughter of animals
Cats seem fine on the food. Scored down as they are owned by Canagan who make meat-based pet food and I'd rather not support a company involved in the slaughter of thousands of animals, but I can't find another option at the moment.

Great, reliable company.
We've purchased Yora dog food online for around 18mths. It's always delivered quickly, when stated and we'll packaged.
Sometimes we have a little too much in stock but it's easy enough to alter the next order.
