This is a scam website, ordered an air fryer, but after searching around the internet looking for information on this company I cancelled my order, I was assured I would receive a refund within 7 days, then I was sent an email saying it had been dispatched I questioned why when I had cancelled the order and was told to ignore the email and I had been fully refunded, well they have ignored all emails and I have not been given a refund, their live chat with Christopher has disappeared for me when I go to the website, yet my sister can access it on her phone, basically they have blocked me from being able to contact them , they go under York-outlet but when the money was taken from my account it was taken by United-outlet.com both coming the same address, they use mobile numbers and don’t answer the phone
I have opened a dispute with my bank and hopefully they will get my money back for me, whatever you do don’t buy from this scam website
You won’t receive an item you won’t receive a refund and you’ll be blocked from being able to contact them
