Robotic signposting service

I have just come off the phone to these people & they discharged me on the first phonecall.

When I finally said for the first time taboo feelings about my mother that I have held inside for over 40 years without speaking to anyone about, I felt like I had betrayed my mother. Because I was criticising her to a complete stranger over the phone. To be signposted and discharged after doing that is basically like talking to someone who is a robot. I have never felt so trivial and stupid. I felt stupid for having opened up and asking for help. I betrayed my mothers privacy & sullied my family for nothing.

They start by asking you about your sexuality and finances as standard questions with no sense that these questions are deeply embarrassing & invasive.
Then they try to establish how strongly you have suicidal feelings. They carry on with their robotic questions whilst you feel an ever growing sense that your life is far worse than you thought it was. Then at the end they send you away saying you do not fit into what they offer.

Its one of the most humliating experiences I have ever had. Im writing this to warn others so they know what to expect and perhaps not open up so trustingly to these people like I did.

Check they are going to provide a service before you open up & talk about personal things including your money sexuality and suicidal feelings.
