Although I had a rough idea about what I wanted but being a novice and knowing very little about photography Garry guided me through the best camera and lenses to buy as an entry point into the world of photography. I was very grateful for his guidance and honesty.

York Camera Mart rang me soon after opening time the next day to check that the lens was compatible with my camera before they posted it off.
It arrived well packaged and in excellent condition.

I bought used binoculars with a case as a present for my grandson.
Binoculars were fine. However, someone had tried to repair the top of the case and had done a very bad job. Because of time constraints, I had to carefully remove the top of the case and reattach it in the correct position. Not best pleased.

My most recent purchase was a Tamron 90mm f/2.8 Di III Macro VXD, which is fantastic. They didn't have it in stock, but it only took a couple of days for them to ship it to me.
