Bought a filter from their ebay site with a "free" gravel cleaner. As we were international, I was promised that they would redeem the gravel cleaner from Fluval and forward it to me. Since then they have refused to answer any emails or correspondence on ebay or their website. Fraudulent behaviour and wouldn't recommend them!!!

First time purchasing from Yorkshire Aquatics. Purchase Hikari Fist bites for the fish fry (too many to count). Price was competitive. Delivery were quick. Despatch email were sent telling me that the item has been despatch. Overall excellent service.

I have purchased a few times from Yorkshire Aquatics and I still found them the best deal for Hozelock Cypricube Bioforce filter media and Hozelock replacement UV tubes. Delivery is prompt, it was earlier than expected this round and free to boot. Highly recommended and would definitely deal with them again.

This was my first order from Yorkshire aquatics, the website was easy to navigate and checkout was simple. My order was with me within 2 days! I was really impressed by this!

One item that I received was wrong, so I emailed and this was rectified immediately, and I had a replacement item sent, which I again received really quickly.

They had the cheapest price of all the online companies I checked at the time, and even though the item I purchased was listed as available for shipping within 7-10 days, I received my package just a few days after ordering it.
