I hate dentist I had bad experience the staff here are so lovely and make you feel comfortable 1000 percent would recommend Yorkshire dental

I’ve had 3 visits now to YDS and what a team they have there ! My first day for my hygiene appointment talked through everything and advised so well with Dr Gemma it’s not often they personalise your experience but these guys do go above and beyond!! I went back in after this for tooth removal which I can’t even explain how nervous I was for but every single person was there to reassure me and there were no lies told it was fast it was painless and such a nice environment. From coming in to the front desk to leaving any appointment it is such a welcoming feeling!!

Wow, it’s been a long journey, after struggling with confidence due to having a gap between two front teeth, my first time at YDS Birmingham I was super nervous. Every member made me feel welcome. After a long journey of deep cleaning of the gums and teeth to preparation for Nano composite bonding, the results are something else. I have my confidence back, I’m not afraid to smile anymore. I now want the full set bonding.

I would 100% recommend YSD.

All the staff were so easy to work with made everything very simple and easy to go through, massive shout out to Amy at the front desk!

Personally I have been going to this company's dental clinics for a few months and can see a lot of truth in the article my advice would be avoid

I came here for the first time the end of January, knowing what I wanted the goal to be but a bit of work needed doing prior. We’re now in March and I’m a week away from the goal to start my new journey! This company has been outstanding, all the staff, the dentist, the orthodontist, the hygienist, the coordinator, literally every single person I’ve come in contact with goes above and beyond. Even the fact when I walk in now and they know my name instantly it’s just so personal, I actually will not ever finish coming here even when my journey is complete I will make sure I stay on the plan they offer and have my check ups and hygienist appointments here now, you absolutely know the difference paying that little extra, and if you’re an anxious patient this is the place for you!!!! I promise you by the end of your first visit you’ll be counting down the days for your next appointment with excitement :)

I had the 3rd of my 5 visits to YDS today, the colleagues at the practice from the front of house are friendly and make you feel welcome. Dr Faris carried out part of my procedure with care, he also explained to me how the design of my new smile was taking shape and explained clearly what the next steps were going to be. So far I have received a great service.

I’m extremely disappointed with the communication from Yorkshire Dental Suite.

After finding out that my dentist, Dr Phil, is leaving the practice, I decided not to proceed with the remainder of my treatment. There is currently £2,600 sitting on my account, which I have requested to be refunded as the treatment plan can no longer go ahead with the clinician it was originally agreed with.

Since then I have called multiple times and sent several emails, yet I have still not received a proper response about my refund. Each time I call, I’m told someone will call me back, but that never happens.

Between myself and my partner we have spent over £10,000 with the practice, so the lack of communication and urgency around this situation is really disappointing. Patients should not have to chase repeatedly just to receive a response about money that is sitting on their account.

Dr Phil himself has been excellent and I have no complaints about the treatment from him. However, the way this situation has been handled by the clinic has been very frustrating.

At this stage, I would simply like clear communication on when my £2,600 refund will be processed.

The team at YDS have been fantastic. From the receptionsts to the dental team, they were all very friendly & professional. Gabi (Dentist) listened to all my requirements & took the time to explain the procedure. The final results are amazing & I now have the smile I always wanted.

All staff are really friendly. So happy with my treatment.

From my first visit I was made to feel welcome by the girls on reception, both very professional and friendly. Everything explained during my invisalign, tooth whitening and composite bonding journey. Dr Shaan you are an amazing dentist I cant thank you enough for making my smile complete

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS -
Following my previous reviews i feel i just need to keep everyone posted and updated on the ongoing sager with YDS. My bottom teeth are now deteriorating from the damage caused by the shoddy workmanship given to me. For a company that professes to be the best in the business they have the aftercare that can only be described as that of a back street pizza shop..
Whilst the 2 owners are flying around in their fancy cars and private jets I' am at home in pain and feeling ridiculed with my appearance to the point i do not want to go out of the house.
Sometimes companies that show all these fantastic reviews are only there because people are incentivised be it the consumer or staff to make a 5 star review.
I have tried and tried to resolve this matter which has now resulting in me having more expense in taking legal action.
I' am keeping everybody updated because of shear anger that is harbouring inside me. It's almost like dealing with robots. After all this time i have only been offered an appointment which then got cancelled due to it been booked in with totally a wrong clinician that could not see to my problems!!
I always thought British Gas was the worse ever customer service but these guys take the biscuit.
I would urge anyone wanting to have any work done by this company not to be fooled by the 5 star reviews.
Instead take a look at the many 1 star reviews that are both on google and this platform.

The girls are reception was really kind, I was really nervous but everyone made me feel comfortable. It was also alot cheaper then I had planned.
