Didn’t turn up for my 9am slot this morning, no communication either despite me phoning several times, leaving a voicemail ,sending a text, fb messenger message, email and a WhatsApp message.
Very dissatisfied.

Double oven cleaned this morning. I thought Mark had bitten off more than he could chew and had fitted a new oven! But no - absolutely amazing result and far better than I had expected. I can't thank him enough. Apart from the first class workmanship, Mark kept me up to date with texts on the run up to our appointment, turned up when he said he would and completed the job faster than he had said. All prices are displayed on the web site which is excellent. Just a nice honest guy who delivers an excellent result! Thank you!!
I was delighted to be able to find someone to come and clean our gas cooker for us because I do not feel comfortable cleaning it myself with the gas burners been at the bottom.
I booked it in for today and then I found out from my partner who was off from work that the cleaner had not been out to clean the cooker.
So I called the number for the calls to be rejected on numerous occasions and then I text him and left him a voicemail. He then text me to apologise and said that one of his workers came out to the house at 12:45 to be told I do not live there?
And just read a message off of my partner whilst at work saying that the door was open because it was warm and she was sat on sofa watching TV.
I know this is a pack of lies because why would someones partner say that to someone they were expecting?
None of this adds up all I wanted to do was have my cooker cleaned when I first spoke to them they seemed a really good genuine company but now I am beginning to wish I had never bothered with them.
