Very good packaging although I did wonder where my package was. I am used to being bombarded with notifications so this order was very quiet.

Parcel arrived quickly and really well…
Parcel arrived quickly and really well packaged - but the main, and most expensive part of our order (the hamper basket, which was a present) was missing. Quick email to the company and it was dispatched promptly.
Thankfully it ended up arriving in time for the birthday.
As first impressions go, it wasn't great that the most expensive, and largest item was missing but happy with response from the company and the turn around time.

Excellent products as always. Had to wait
longer for delivery as they were waiting an ingredient to make one of the items we’d ordered.
However we were kept fully informed of the problem and the progress of our order.

Online ordering
Ordered online. Received an email a couple of days later advising me that one of the products I had ordered was out of stock (which the website had not indicated) and giving me the option of waiting 7-10 days for the full order or getting a refund for that item.
Received the full order around a week later once that item was back in stock. Beautifully packaged. Haven't used the products yet but they smell amazing.
Would definitely order from the Yorkshire Soap Company again.

Excellent products in my favourite fragrance. I've been a 100% fan of Night Night Sweetheart since I discovered it in the York store two years ago and never use anything else. I was obviously thrilled to find hand sanitizer in the same scent. It smells marvellous, leaves my hands lovely and soft and adds a nice pleasent moment to a needed chore. Brilliant!

Excellent!
I bought hand sanitizer and soaps. They arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. The perfume is lovely. The soap is so mild that my hands don’t need hand cream, and unlike some other people’s products the soap doesn’t turn to mush. Very pleased
