I've received present from "The Yorkshire Soap Company" many times and love using them, so I purchased them as a gift for my sister in in-law who was also delighted.

One place I always visit when I go to york as well as ordering on line. Products are beautiful and the staff are always lovely, welcoming and friendly

Have used your Lemongrass, Rosemary,Grapefruit and Calendula soap for a number of years now and absolutely love this, I use it on my face and have no skin problems whatsoever with it. Have also tried the Lettuce and Cucumber for the face this time too. Same thing, no problems at all. Love to treat myself and buy a Gift Box of 4, this is also nice to store them in until use. I do prefer to shop in stores but at the moment order online, Extremely easy to do, came well packaged and kept informed of delivery. Love your products and so very kind to my 70 year old skin. Recommend these products to everyone.

I found the hand sanitizer were not that easy to open to get the gel out as I turned the top and it came off in my hand! Would have been better if it had been a bottle just with a lid I brought some to give away but thought no I’m not 100% happy, so while give them to friends! Sadley let down

Although the products are excellent and good value for money the delivery is terrible. I had to wait two weeks for my order even though I had received a notification saying it was going to be delivered. I also missed a birthday as I bought some products as a gift.
I also had to telephone 3 times to check on my order which was stressful.
This is not the first time I have had problems with delivery and may consider not bothering to order any future products

I absolutely love this company! Everything I've bought has been 100% gorgeous and well worth every penny.

Gorgeous cassis and white cedar reed diffuser

My husband was close to finishing the bathroom and I was looking for some accessories to both use but to dress the bathroom sill. I have had products from your shops before (in fact I worked in the little shop, in Hebden bridge next to muse music many years ago before you both took over) The products are all high quality and the whole process was simple and the products were packaged very well. I’m sure when people start to visit our house again they will be commenting on the lovely soap dish. Thanks great service and will definitely order online again. Emma B
