A strong warning against dealing with…

A strong warning against dealing with this company, as it is a team of scammers who specialize in stealing people’s money unjustly in the name of investing in Georgia. You will be convinced and pursued by all means and ways that everything is sound and excellent. After falling into the trap, you will discover that everything mentioned is a mirage and illusions from a previous experience, as I was defrauded of a large sum of dollars, and I have all the details that prove this. A gang led by Sheikh Al-Mansir Amr Al-Abouz, the chief scammer. Beware of positive comments, as they are paid to post such positive comments.

Horribly overpriced. Real estate was not as presented

In early 2022 I purchased land in their Lisi View project. I paid $105k for 300m2 of land, under the impression the high price was because the land was high quality. The price was over twice the cost per m2 of similar land nearby, but I later found the land was much worse quality than expected. I did not know better because I am not a Georgian citizen and York Towers caters to customers who are not familiar with Georgia.

Soon after I purchased, York Towers converted the land next to my purchased plot into a trash filled sewer, making my purchase nearly worthless. _The land was not in this disgusting condition when I purchased it_. To this day the land shown on the the York Towers Lisi View website does not represent the condition of the land or it's project (website does not show a ~300m2 open sewer).

York Towers will sabotage your purchase in ways you cannot imagine. 3 years later (Late April 2025) I sold the land for $34,000, and I was lucky to get even that little because of the awful condition of the land and the neighborhood. Literally every buyer saw the open sewer pit that's next door and immediately declined.

Buying from York Towers was the worse financial purchase I have ever made.

Before selling at a huge loss, I contacted York Towers and eventually their CEO multiple times over a period of 5 months, and they refused to offer any remedy to the disaster they created. Once they have your money they will abandon you.

Don't waste your money with York Towers. Go somewhere else.
