Don't go near these dishonest people
I ordered $165 of parts including shipping and 24 hours later I received an E-mail asking for another $500 for freight. Yes $165 in parts and freight and now they want $665 for the same parts. I ordered these parts from the local dealer for $426.00. What a rip off they advertise one price and then won't stand behind their word DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE LOW LIFE'S.

The part you ordered is oversized freight. Our catalog has over 40 million parts, and our current checkout does not yet calculate oversized shipping correctly for every item. When the warehouse packed your order, the logistics provider invoiced us at the oversized rate, which is why our manager had to come back to you with an additional freight quote rather than shipping at a loss or without your consent.
Once you declined the revised quote, we refunded your payment in full and cancelled the order.
We are building a better oversized-freight calculator so this stops happening at checkout. In the meantime, if you want to order with us again, you can place the order without prepayment. We will verify the part, confirm the exact shipping cost, and send you the final total before you pay anything.

Received the 3rd Generation Toyota Vios Fuel Pump in good condition
I have received the 3rd Generation Toyota Vios Fuel Pump P/n 77020-0D190 in good condition.
The packaging is very good which is the original box which contains the fuel pump was put into a larger box with few recycle papers inside to give an extra prevention to the fuel pump when during in delivery period.

ME ASUSTE AL PRINCIPIO. I WAS AFRAID AT THE BEGINNING
We purchased a Suzuki engine part and sent the payment. The price and freight costs were reasonable, but the order was cancelled several days later due to the item being out of stock.
I was very upset at first, fearing I had been scammed. However, I have since received a full refund and everything is now resolved.
While the communication was always clear, I still don't understand why the funds were accepted before the availability of the part was verified.

Bait and switch
I went to the yoshiparts website and got pricing
On 5 radiator and heater hoses. Prices looked very good so I Emailed Yoshiparts and the to quote price and delivery.
I received a return Email with pricing that was on average $30 more per hose than what was listed on their own website. Complete ripoff attempt. I would never even buy a stick of gum from them.

Thank you for your review. We have 40+ million part numbers on our website - we physically can't keep all of them in our own warehouses, so we stock the top positions for popular models. For everything else, we go out and search other warehouses, local dealers, and reach out to manufacturers directly, because we believe your car deserves a genuine OEM part and you should be able to order any one of them.
In your case, we found the hoses outside of our own stock. The price was different from what was listed on the website, and our manager reached out to let you know. We always inform customers about any changes and give them the choice of how they'd like to proceed with their order.
We're sorry the situation felt like a ripoff - that was never our intention.
