I bought a wetsuit available "ready to ship" more than 2 weeks ago. Still now has not been shipped. I sent many emails asking to speedup, last 3 without a reply. I will now ask for refund, will see how it goes. I needed the good today and now will have to rent. A waste of money.

Acaban de entregarme la cometa. La factura pone claramente cabrihna drifter 2024 11m. Me han enviado una del 2022. Acabo de escribirles y de momento no me han contestado. Espero tener que cambiar esta reseña porque ya he comprado otras cosas, de menor importe, y no había tenido problemas. Solo me queda esperar su respuesta.
Just received "supposedly" a cabrihna drifter 2024 11m. When I opened it, I found a 2022 model. I want to believe it was a mistake but the logic says it is not. I immediately sent them an email and a WhatsApp. So far I have not received any reply. I will edit this review once I get an answer.
14/10/2024. Just received the product as it should have arrived. I must confess I was a bit sceptical due to some negative reports but in my case, everything went fine, same as my previous experiences with YOU LOVE IT. This serves as a proof that this shop/company is reliable.
I would also like to comment that the price I paid is much less that any other shop.

Bought two kites and a bar on a very good price. Shipping to Spain was fast. Overall very happy with everything.

Very bad experience.
Bought a westuit back in March 2024, but wrong size, so I shipped back same day as received. They sent me a credit note, but never transferred the money back on my account as of today (August 30th 2024).
I lost 200 euros.

Better spend more somewhere else than deal with this scummers.

Terrible online experience.

I purchased an online Ozone Edge V12 size 8 colour orange.

First they informed me that they did not have orange, only yellow. I accepted the 8 yellow then informed them that they didn't  have the 8 only 9. I was going for a trip so I had no choice but to accept the 9 yellow.

Then they informed me that they had a tax free but sent me an invoice that Italy and Greece international airport did not accept. I requested a few times for a correct invoice but they keep on saying that the one they sent me via email would work (but it does not). 

Communication was terrible, I believe people there hardly speak English. Don't buy on this site go for Kitemana or other where you receive what you buy with a correct invoice.

I ended up with a kite with a different colour and size that I have purchased and lost around 250 Euros in tax free refund.

Great service, replied promptly to my request and received my order within a week.

I ordered a kite and stuff. When unpacking, I noticed the line of a new Naish kite bar was severly crushed and twisted. They responded that there was nothing wrong!!! After reception I immediately sent a seperate mail to ask how to change the new impact vest that seemed to be to small for a bigger one, but I didn't get an answer.

Bought a board on July 5th, fully paid for it, then they informed me that it was out of stock.
I requested a refund and haven't heard from them for the past 14 days!
Nobody answers the phone and noone answers emails!
The most suspicious part is that they were answered very quickly to all my inquiries BEFORE getting my money.

9-7-2024 ordered a Duotone D/lab 90cm carbon mast and 66 cm fuselage which appeared on stock on the website.
Unfortunately they are not on stock ( anymore) @ this website and @ Duotone.
11-0702024 I received the cancellation order (& credit note) of 1700€, After several reminder emails I sent,
22-07-2024 still no money returned..
23-07-2024 After threatening with legal action, money returned directly..

Good customer service, attentive and helpful. Resolved a problem with the invoice rapidly.

i ordered a fone trigger with bar to spain it was here in 4 days than i crashed this kite in 3 days and ordered a other same fone trigger also quik here in 4 days and they give me also a good discount bc i crashed the kite.they react directly if you ask something im rly happy with this shop and wil stay order here in future.i wanna give 6 stars but only can give 5.thank you youloveit, i for sure love it

I had a good experience before, that's why not 1 star.
This time I tried to order kite bag with wheels from these guys, description said it has wheels, but on photos, I didn't see them. So I contacted are their contact Service, and Thorsten confirmed it has wheels. So I ordered this bag, and guess what? Sure, it doesn't have wheels. Now I have to spend time and energy trying to return this. Order 137895.

A great shop with great prices and great customer service. I ordered a board, three wings and board bag at the best prices in Europe. When I had a question about a mistake I had made in the order, it was fixed quickly and easily. The products were sent quickly (although three different delivery companies) and arrived at various times, but without issue to me here in Sweden. I'll definitely be using you-love-it.eu again and will recommend them to everyone.

I bought and paid for a Trapeze. It was not on stock.I am now waiting a month for the refund. I cannot reach them They donot respond to telephone or Email.

They sold me a product that they don't have in stock (Brunotti harness) and I've been waiting to get my money back…. They do not respond to my emails / nor Whats app, and to date I have not been refunded.

Great communication experience! I bought equipment twice! Prompt configuration and fast delivery. Large items are packed with high quality and delivered for a reasonable fee. I recommended it to my friends and they are happy too!

I ordered many products from them and everything arrived properly without exception. Sometimes not in one package, maybe a little bit later, but at the end everything was complete. Good customer service, great prices and products, highly recommended.
