Bad user experience

1. We were not satisfied with the product and when asking for a refund we did not received it..
2. They don't support giving you an invoice, so in EU, all expenses with you.com would not be deductible

Unmet Expectations and Unresponsive Support at You.com

As a professional relying heavily on the latest advancements in AI technology, I chose You.com with high expectations for its GPT-4 capabilities. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing, prompting me to share my concerns for the benefit of others considering their service.

**Misleading Service Descriptions:**
Upon subscribing to You.com, I was under the impression that their platform supported extensive input lengths for GPT-4, akin to what competitors like OpenAI and Perplexity offer. This was a critical factor in my decision, as my work often involves complex queries that span several pages. To my dismay, I discovered that You.com imposes severe restrictions on input lengths, far below what is practically useful for my needs. This limitation was not disclosed before purchase, leading to a significant mismatch between expectation and reality.

**Subpar Alternatives and Quality Concerns:**
To work around these limitations, I explored the Genius mode, hoping for a solution. Unfortunately, this feature did not live up to its name, providing responses that seemed to rely on GPT-3 rather than the superior GPT-4 model. The quality of the answers was noticeably inferior, failing to meet the professional standards required for my work.

**Customer Support and Resolution:**
Seeking a resolution, I reached out to You.com's customer support 2 hours after my purchase, detailing my concerns and requesting a full refund due to the service not meeting the advertised capabilities. Three weeks have passed without any acknowledgment or response from their team. This lack of communication is frustrating and diminishes my trust in their commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Conclusion:**
I am left with no choice but to advise potential customers to approach You.com with caution. The discrepancy between what is advertised and what is delivered is significant, and the unresponsiveness of their customer support compounds the issue. Regrettably, a service with such potential has fallen short on fundamental aspects of customer service and transparency.

I remain hopeful that You.com will address these concerns, not just for my case but for the integrity of its service offerings. Until then, I urge others to consider this experience when choosing.
