Can't recommend enough! It's a whole new experience being a tenant of Nick's. In terms of the property at Kensington Green, he'd really thought of everything down to the storage solutions, which made my bedroom look minimal despite all my possessions. I'd never known him not to respond to queries immediately even at the evenings or weekends. Also, his maintenance team turnaround repair jobs quickly no matter how minor and all monies owed (pro rata rent and deposit) were exact and reimbursed within 1-2 days. In short, the HMO is run professionally where you (the customer) come first! If only he could be my landlord everywhere I went. Thanks again Nick for treating us for our birthdays and at Christmas!

Couldn’t have asked for a better landlord (which is a first for me), but honestly everything about living in this house was easy. Communication with the landlord is fantastic, so moving in was quick, any issues in terms of maintenance (which were few and far between) were typically resolved within a matter of days, even minor internet issues which most landlords wouldn’t look twice at! Upon sadly moving out due to personal experiences, the process was quick, simple and I had my deposit back within 24 hours. Overall I couldn’t recommend enough, for what was a lovely house under fantastic management!

If I could give my experience 6 stars, I would!
Having never lived in a house share prior, I had my reservations, however as soon as I saw the property and met my house mates, all those worries vanished.
Kensington Green, is modern, stylish, and beautifully finished. I never took for granted the sheer amount of light that flood into my room and the kitchen.
You have pretty much everything you need already waiting there for you, a comfortable bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc. Working remotely, I found the desk space particularly useful.
I had the absolute pleasure of living with 4 girls; Lexi, Mimi, Emily and Sarah. I’ve made friends for life. We had our fair share of gatherings on the weekend, whether that be sitting together and watching Netflix or having a drink and dancing around the kitchen island. The kitchen/living area is a great space to socialize. With more than enough space in the kitchen cupboards and fridges, and everyone have their own en-suite there’s no reason to squabble.
Nick is an amazing landlord. On the very few occasions we needed something such as a lightbulb changing, Nick would respond instantly on the house WhatsApp group and there would be someone in the next day to address it. He’s very professional, considerate of his tenants, and just an all round lovely guy!
Don’t hesitate, just go see for yourself!

I rented a room with You & Co Living in Chester for around 10 months, and I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of the property, the attentiveness of the owner, and overall experience renting the room.

I could not recommend ‘You & Co Living’, Nick (landlord) and his team any higher. I had a really enjoyable 10 month stay in one of their Chester properties.

The property itself was of very high standard and evidently thought out with the tenant firmly in mind. The property was homely, quiet and catered for every requirement. Large communal spaces, significant garden, off road parking, and nice touches (such as Netflix, a quality iron or a kitchen full of utensils!). There isn’t a single thing I could think of that the property does not already contain and so for a simple yet luxurious co-living space, this was absolutely perfect.

The rooms are stylishly designed with a modern focus and the en-suite bathrooms help with maintaining your own space and privacy.

Cleaners are there frequently, the garden is tended to and it’s just a 10 minute stroll into one of the most beautiful and historic cities in the UK!

Nick also seems to do a great job at selecting professional, personable and respectful tenants which, certainly during my stay, has made for a nice experience of living with others and sharing communal spaces. He is also very focussed on the personal experience with the company and remembers personal information such as your birthday (for which he provides a thoughtful & unexpected gesture) amongst other things.

One of the absolute key highlights is the accessibility of both Nick as a landlord, and his local team. Any (often minor) request is dealt with at rapid pace and with absolute ease. Nick responds quickly and if something is required within the house, his team are usually there within just a few hours. Whilst this might seem a bit of a given, in my experience, to have such quick responses is extremely rare and gives you (as the tenant) total confidence in the landlord.

Put simply - 5 stars wouldn’t be enough to rate my experience with You&Co Living. Highly recommend.
