Worst Internet Service Provider
I have been looted for more than 1.5 months by saying you will get 100 MBPS because i purchased 100 MBPS plan max speed i ever got was 5-10 MBPS. But from last 4 months I was getting 1-2 MBPS.
I have launched more than 20 complaints on the mobile app, all the complaints were marked as resolved even without talking or any confirmation.
I had even emailed them in detail about the issue, they called and said issue will be resolved by Monday but they don't bother to resolve issue because I have recharged for 6 months in advance.
I am stuck with this pathetic ISP Youbroadband.

Most pathetic and worst service ever. No one takes complaint even. If we register complaint then they closed it without doing anything by themselves. Don't take this service. Highly unrecommended..
