I went on to check out the meals and configuration and pricing after entering the website through the promise of a the up to 40% off promo. After clicking something to review the price and the meal configuration, it said I had ordered at FULL PRICE!!!!!! So I went through & canceled everything. I never received an order confirmation, so I thought all good. Then the order turned up and now they want payment. I have messaged them to take the food back, but their chat is useless. I responded to their email wanting money and haven't heard back. I got the order confirmation number from their payment demand for $147.87 for 12 meals.
Update: The order number is from the payment demand: Order Number: 296481332. Trustpilot won't let me add the email address i sent the emails to, I responded to youfoodz message below and no response back to that or the emails, just money demands.

Some meals tase of Vinegar from tomato sauce added !! They don’t use traditional ingredients
Some traditional meals taste like vinegar , checking the ingredients in a bbq beef gravy mash . The gravy had tomato sauce , BBQ sauce and taco seasoning why on earth are you adding tomato sauce and BBQ sauce and taco seasoning to a meat gravy??? Why in a spinach lasanga are you putting BBQ sauce and Tomato sauce in a pasta sauce which already has tomato purée as it should. You’re ruining meals by adding tomato and BBQ sauce to traditional gravy’s and pasta sauces . It leaves an awful aftertaste . That is not cooking !! Cook to TRADITIONAL INGREDIENTS IN RECIPES PLEASE !! And use FRESH HERBS FOR FLAVOUR !! No fresh herbs in sight ! The Vietnamese beef was so bland I couldn’t tell if it was beef or tuna . No fresh mint or coriander ?! IT WAS HORRIBLE
Your pasta noodles are cooked perfectly really nice ! , your roast meats, mash and the meat in all pasta dishes are cooked perfectly and the ones without tomato sauce and BBQ sauce taste really good . It just so disappointing when you see this amazing looking roast beef n mash or lasanga and so exited to eat it and it’s ruined by a vinegar taste from
BBQ and Tomato sauces that don’t belong there . Tomato sauce only goes with BBQ Sausages or Burgers not in roast gravy and pasta sauces!! .
The meals would be so nice !!

The food tastes much better than I thought it would, the first meal that I had was a lamb roast and veges, I was so surprised when it was delicious and I have enjoyed all, of the meals that I have ordered.
My favourite dessert is the cheesecake, as a farmer and ex meatworker, who is a qualified commercial chef, I recommend the Youfoodz meals and I will continue to eat Youfoodz.

Have just finished my second week
Have just finished my second week. As a shift worker I am always looking for something quick and easy but also healthy. I’ve tried a lot and finally gave Youfoodz a go. Why did I wait so long!!! There 300 calorie meals have a wide selection and so far I have LOVED every single one. BRAVO 🤩

Be Careful with the Auto‑Delivery Terms
Hey everyone,
Please make sure you read the terms and conditions carefully. Youfoodz will continue sending meals unless you actively cancel, and they will charge you even if you didn’t intend to place an order.
I learned this the hard way — I ended up with an unwanted delivery of 30 meals that I don’t have space to store. Just be aware before signing up
