I had a highly disappointing experience with Yougc We paid $1400 expecting 10 unique UGC videos as promised, but they only delivered one poorly made video with different scroll stoppers. The quality was far below expectations and not at all what was advertised. To make matters worse, when we asked for a refund due to their failure to fulfill the contract, they outright refused. This company is unprofessional and does not deliver on their promises. Save your money and look elsewhere for your UGC needs.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by YoUGC and Jorge. I paid for 10 unique UGC videos, but what I received was essentially the same video repeated 10 times, with only the first three seconds differing - but didn't make a big difference.

This is not what I was promised or paid for, and it feels like a complete scam. Using the same model for all videos and only changing a tiny portion is misleading and unacceptable. They should at least change the backgroud maybe or the music or even the clothes of the model filming the videos!!! It's all filmed in one place!

I expected creativity and diversity in the content, but instead, I got repetitive and lazy work. I do not recommend this agency to anyone looking for genuine and unique user-generated content. Save your money and look elsewhere.
